The fully stocked kitchenette has everything you need to whip up meals, while full access to the laundry room adds a touch of practicality to your stay. You’ll enjoy a private entry and exit for seamless comings and goings. The upstairs is occasionally used as the owner’s second home, but if your stay overlaps, we’ll ensure your privacy is respected for a peaceful experience. Just a quick 10-minute drive takes you to the vibrant Stateline area, where casinos and entertainment await, and in only 15 minutes, you can reach the Heavenly Ski Resort lift for world-class skiing. With a neighborhood permit limiting occupancy to 6 guests overnight and 2 vehicles, this serene retreat keeps things intimate and relaxed. Whether you’re here for lakefront relaxation, outdoor adventures, or a taste of Tahoe’s lively scene, this cozy home is perfect for an unforgettable getaway!
