Apartamento confortável exatamente como o anúncio, anfitriã Helene nos prestou o suporte necessário nos dias que ficamos hospedados eu e minha família.Pontos negativos: o porteiro/zelador do prédio Davi não para na recepção, chegamos no dia e horário combinado e simplesmente ele não estava na recepção ficamos mais de 10 minutos tocando o interfone, e neste tempo tentando falar com a Helene que nos atendeu e disse para aguardar que logo ele chegaria (pensa no constrangimento com receio de ser golpe eu e minha família inteira no carro) por fim ele apareceu nos instalamos, e por vezes pessoas tocavam o interfone e ele não estava (presenciamos quando estávamos na piscina);Outro ponto um dos dias choveu na parte da lavanderia com a chuva entrou muita água dentro do apartamento (sinalizei a Helene) para arrumar as janelas;Wi-Fi dos 4 dias que ficamos só funcionou 1 dia e meio e só na sala nos demais cômodos não funcionou.

Me senti em casa.

Apartamento muito aconchegante, limpo e com todos utensílios que precisamos. Localização ótima, não precisa do carro pra nada, fica entre a praia e a Av principal com mercados etc.. Fomos bem recepcionados, o zelador Flávio muito prestativo e a Dna Helene super simpática. O ap cumpre oque promete. Nossos dias foram perfeitos.

E fui muito bem atendida pela proprietária do apartamento, sempre disposta a tirar minhas dúvidas com muita educação e rapidez. O apartamento está em ótimo estado, tudo organizado e limpo. A localização é excelente também, é realmente pertíssimo da praia e perto de todo tipo de comércio. Estou ansiosa para poder alugar novamente.

A localização do apartamento é muito boa; a Sr.ª Helene muito prestativa e disponível; o apartamento é muito bonito e com móveis de boa qualidade. Tivemos um problema com o condicionar de ar, solucionado. Há algumas manutenções a serem feitas, mas de um modo geral, gostamos muito. Sugiro que coloquem uma forma para pizza; arrumem a porta do freezer e o filtro de água. No mais, indico o imóvel, pois há conforto e o atendimento da Sr.ª Helene foi ótimo.
