New apartment of 129 m2, 1 suite with cabinets, double bed and auxiliary bed; 2 bedrooms, each with closet, two single beds, which can be converted into a double bed and an auxiliary bed; room 2 main rooms with sofa bed and armchair bed; laundry; large terrace, on the 11th floor. Have safety net for children on the balcony and windows. Ceiling fan, air conditioning - split, tv (led) NET cable in the room and suite, full kitchen w / cabinets, microwave, stove, refrigerator.
Laundry room with washing machine and iron. Barbecue and table with bench for 8 people on the balcony all new.
It has 2 parking spaces.
It has internet with wi fi in rooms and condominium ground.

Tudo maravilhoso, apartamento grande, tudo limpo, sacada grande com uma vista linda. Funcionários do condomínio super simpático e prestativos. Minha filha de 4 anos adorou o playground e o parquinho os adolescentes brincaram bastante na quadra e na piscina foi tudo maravilhoso. Como sempre maravilhoso, local perfeito perto da praia (particamente em frente), condominio familiar, super organizado, limpo e grande. Piscina, brinquedoteca , salao de jogos. Apartamento naravilhoso, limpo, com tudo que precisamos para estadia, pratos, talheres, potes plasticos, fogao, churrasqueira a gás, microondas, tem duas tvs , ar condicionado, ventilador. Tivemos uma semana maravilhosa no apto da Miriam e Hélio. Apto fiel as fotos. Super espaçoso e lindo. O condomínio foi o diferencial, tem tudo: salão de jogos, máquinas de vídeo game retro, quadra, piscina, academia. Mesmo tendo que usar pulseiras que nos identificavam como hóspedes, em nenhum momento nos sentimos discriminados. Funcionários e moradores super educados e receptivos. A Miriam é uma querida. Apartamento maravilhoso não tenho do que reclamar, super aconchegante. Só tivemos uma demora na entrada por conta do condomínio ser rigoroso com as regras. Na piscina não pode levar nada nem boia pras crianças e nem cooler.

Desculpe pelos eventuais transtornos da entrada, mas de fato, o condomínio é bastante rigoroso, mas para a segurança de todos, o que pode infelizmente gerar alguma demora. Como se trata de um condomínio residencial, quanto a piscina, para boa convivência de todos, também devem ser observadas as regras vigentes na convenção (reproduzidas na autorização de entrada). O condomínio não permite o consumo de alimentos e bebidas na área da piscina. Vamos tentar passar essa informação com mais destaque, para evitar inconvenientes aos usuários da piscina.
