About this property
Quiet, quaint 2 bedroom 2 bath upstairs apartment 3.5 miles from UNC
This pleasant apartment in Chapel Hill offers a serene retreat for guests. With 2 cozy bedrooms featuring queen beds and 2 bathrooms - one equipped with a bathtub/ shower and the second bathroom mountain inspired motif with a spa shower with jets and hair dryer, this cool space is perfect for a relaxing stay. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like an iron, AC, WIFI and a washing machine. Experience what Chapel Hill has to offer with a stay at our apartment. You will be 3.7-4.0 miles from the heart of downtown Chapel Hill, downtown Carrboro, and UNC campus and hospital and clinics.
The space is much larger than most hotel suites. The kitchen seats ten people between the island and the rustic antique kitchen table. The kitchen is fully equipped and the beds are super comfortable. I normally rent the upstairs apartment on weekends, but am receptive to longer stays, if the guests are okay with elderly dogs in a separate space in the living room area that sleep all day and do not interact with guests. Please note there is NO living room in the unit. It is a two bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with a large kitchen and smart tvs in each bedroom. The apartment is a beautiful, private space The only shared space is the laundry room.

About the host
Hosted by Velina Killmeyer
We are healthcare providers who travel for work and split our time between the SE and Northern California I enjoy reformer pilates, yoga, aerial, and barre.
Why they chose this property
The neighborhood was built in the 1960s-1970s and has many walking trails and tree lined streets. The property is in front of a small creek which feeds University Lake which is the clean water supply for the area. The tap water is clean and tastes great!
What makes this property unique
I mix my love of antiques and modern furniture. The house has been lovingly remodeled from the original 1964 style architecture.
