Cute house

All the decor was over the top cute!We had an issue with the AC not working correctly which was uncomfortable in the Texas heat! The owner worked hard to repair it, which I appreciated. A discount on a future stay was offered instead of any refund- not how I would have handled the inconvenience but every business does what they think is right!

Thank you for your feedback and your kind words about the decor—we’re so glad you enjoyed it! The AC issue was an unexpected first-time occurrence, and we’re pleased we were able to resolve it quickly as soon as we were notified(thank goodness for emergency repair companies!). While we understand everyone has different expectations for how situations should be handled, we truly appreciate your understanding and recognition of our swift efforts. Your input is valuable as we continue striving to provide the best experience for all our guests.
