Downtown shopping and dining is only a 15 minute walk through Memorial Park and M Hill with its extensive biking and hiking trails is less than a mile away. This bungalow beauty offers plenty of room with 3 bedrooms: 1 King, 1 Queen on the main level, and 2 Queens in a charming second floor oasis, just perfect for friends and family. I have lived in Rapid City for over 20 years. My husband and I enjoy hiking, climbing, backpacking, cross country skiing, snow shoeing, ice fishing and camping in the Black Hills. We love being able to share our knowledge and passion of the area with our guests!
Why they chose this property
Blue Haven was our first home lovingly restored with the intent of providing a home for our family and friends when they come to the area. We love the easy access to I-90 and Mt Rushmore Rd. The convenience to walk a couple of blocks to attend events at the Monument or go downtown was another plus in our decision.
What makes this property unique
Blue Haven is a gem of a classic limestone bungalow home with beautiful and unique exterior and an abundance of natural light through the huge picture windows on the east and south side of the home. The surrounding hedge and fence create privacy with a large yard perfect for grilling out or playing games.
