Come and enjoy some Fun N' Sun at our 2BR, 2.5BA 1384sf condo at Del Mar Beach Club. We just added full house AC and heating (2024) and All finishes, furnishings, and appliances make this your perfect getaway for your family. Lots of space to spread out with 2 King Beds, and a sleeper sofa, One King Bed even had 2 trundle twin beds underneath to pull out..,,,there is a place for everyone to call their own each night.

Our semi-private beach, 4 pools, tennis and pickleball courts, fitness center, and clubhouse with views of the entire Pacific Ocean make this a great vacation home. Condo has TV's, Cable, internet, private large patio with outside dining. Both Bedrooms are Master Suites with King Beds and Spa like Bathrooms. Family Room has Fireplace. Entertainment Center, and room to spread out and relax. Open and light filled Kitchen opens to large Dining Room with seating for 6+ at the table. Wood Floors and Natural Stone throughout make for a cool, relaxed, and custom feel to this awesome condo. All appliances, including washer and dryer in unit

We are located in the Oceanfront complex of the Del Mar Beach Club, across the street from the Del Mar Race Track, County Fairgrounds, and Cedros Design District. Shopping, Dining, and Public Transportation all within 10 minutes walking distance.

Although we list a nightly rate please note that we, the Del Mart Bech Club, and the City of Solana Beach require 7 day, 6 night minimums for all vacation rental properties. We also offer greatly reduced rates and no rental taxes on stays over 30 days……reach out to us for details.

We had a great stay in Solana Beach and this condo was exactly what we were looking for. It's spacious, clean, and well maintained, with 2 large bedrooms, each with an en suite. One of the bedrooms also has 2 trundle beds, which was great for younger kids. The living space is very comfortable and has an absolutely enormous couch, which easily fit all 5 of us with plenty of room to spare. The property is fantastic, with several pools (including one that's heated), hot tubs, tennis courts, and easy beach access. It's a quick walk to coffee shops, restaurants, and anything else you might need.Steve is an excellent host, very responsive and helpful. Thanks so much, we couldn't have asked for a better experience!

This property really is in such a good location. The condo was clean, good space and great for hanging out. The owner is super responsive and helpful. We would walk to the water daily and it’s so close and easy to access the beach. We will be staying here again if it’s available when our trips down to SD come around.

Christmas getaway

We had a great time at this property. Lots of room for our family of five to stretch out. Well-stocked kitchen. Beautiful beach nearby. And a barely-used hot tub right around the corner.

Great Location

Great location halfway between Legoland and San Diego in a very wealthy/nice suburb with lots of restaurants and shops. Heated pool was nice and not crowded. Nice, quiet beach. Condo itself was clean and well-maintained. Perfect spot for our family to launch from.

Unit nicely situated in complex. Close to pool, tennis, pickle ball and stairway to parking. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds very comfortable. Owner very helpful and easy to communicate with.

Beautiful property, wonderful week, great host!

We really enjoyed our stay, Del Mar views were beautiful and kids loved the pool which was really warm. Beach was very private, and kids enjoyed riding the waves on their boogie boards. Convenient quick access to I-5 but far enough away to not hear the road noise. Kids enjoyed the hike at Annie’a trail nearby. Lots of great restaurants and shopping options nearby. Host was very responsive and helpful, even called personally a week before our trip to make sure our needs were met.

Perfect location for us

The place was great and clean. Only pretty dusty near the windows and heating unit fireplace. It was a perfect location to get where I needed to be everyday. My daily took advantage of La Jolla and solana beach. The area had some great coffee shops to explore and the ocean was beautiful. It was definitely worth every penny and reasonable for our stay. Good communication with the Landlord and very accommodating!

Perfect North County SD location!

We had a wonderful time at Steve's property. The apartment is very spacious and does offer additional sleeping solutions for larger groups. While some of the furnishings are a bit dated, the beds and couch are quite comfortable and everything was very clean and in order when we arrived. The amenities of this complex are in good condition and the location is superb . The beach nearby is uncrowded and beautiful. We didn't find the stairs a problem at all. Steve was very responsive to our questions and we had a wonderful stay. We look forward to returning didn'staarrived.

Solana Beach condo

This condo is efficiently organized to accommodate groups of visitors, with generous sleeping arrangements. It's close to the beach for those who want to surf, and good for those who like a TV with access to UTube-TV. The cell reception was very weak, and there was no view of anything (including the sun) except the next condo that looked directly into the kitchen and dining room. The owner was quick to respond to issues that arose.

Spring break fun and beauty

Great condo for our spring break. Loved the pool options on both sides of the beach club, and happy we were in the warm pool side for the rainy days. The overlook for watching ocean sunsets is lovely and community-building. We got to see dolphins one evening! The access to beach is easy (lots of stairs - in case that’s an issue there is a beach park less than a mile away to drive to for gradual slope down to beach, and at low tide you can walk to or from the beach park or stairs aren’t a prob.) We didn’t play pickle ball or tennis but it looked great! Great location in Solana beach with food and shops very nearby. We really enjoyed eating at Milton’s when we didn’t eat at the condo. Thank you!

Great location, nice condo, a few minor issues

In the heart of Solana Beach (one of the nicest parts of San Diego), across the street from an uncrowded wide beach, in a complex with 5 pools (one only 50 feet from the unit)...This place was nice and my family (two elementary school age daughters) and I had a good stay.We were walking distance from restaurants and shops, and under a mile from the Del Mar Fairgrounds.The condo was clean, with great a/c units, a washer/dryer, ample linens, cleaning items (including laundry detergent), and even a couple of beach items (2 chairs, boogie boards and some sand toys).The owner was very responsive to any questions/issues we had, though the arrival instructions were slighrly confusing (e.g., hard time finding the 2nd parking space around the corner from the 1st). Unlike many VRBO places I've stayed, there was pretty minimal info in the condo itself (e.g., complex maps, area info/local dining options).While our experience was generally positive and we'd consider staying here again, there were a few issues worth noting:- The living room had very little natural light- The place smelled a bit musty/mildewy and the curtains of most the windows had a little mold (were also ripped and needed to be replaced)- There were a lot of small black ants. Despite using many ant traps, we were unable to control them and they got into any food we left out, or crumbs on the floor. The owner told us they were an issue in the complex every spring/early summer, so may just be seasonal.

Great location, disgusting property

Love the area. Been coming here for years. Close to the beach, dining and proximity to freeway. But this property was beyond gross. Towels all sour, mold everywhere in master bathroom. (Had to shower with flip flops on) Sheets and bedding are all dingy and gross. Had to was every item in the kitchen before we used it. Furniture is old and gross. Listing falsely advertised that it is updated and clean- it is NOT. Dryer was full of towels from the previous tenant. I’m positive it was not professionally cleaned before we got there. HOA office was closed the entire week so we could never get a key to the tennis courts or fitness amenities. Luckily we could still enjoy time together as a family and enjoyed long days at the beach. But we will not be renting this unit again :)

Decent property but lacks cleanliness

We had mixed feelings about the property, but overall our stay was good. Good: Complex is nice and well maintained, used pool and hot tub which were teen friendly, pickle ball and tennis courts were nice, cute neighborhood near fairground felt safe with many restaurants and shops, beach was clean and somewhat easily accessible, parking was easy, the unit itself was spacious with an extra daybed in the family room providing more sleeping options than expected, rooms were a good size, 2.5 baths served us perfectly, kitchen space was perfect for our needs, easy travel to San Diego for sight seeing and other activities Not So Good: The unit was not clean when we arrived and we had to stay in a hotel the first night. The beds were not made, there were dishes in the dishwasher, towels in the washer and it was obvious the unit had not been touched since the last occupants were there. That being said, the property manager did do everything possible to make it right with prompt communication the next morning and refunds immediately. Upon our return to the unit, we were still a little uneasy with the cleanliness. We did rewash all the bedding since we couldn't be sure it had been cleaned before the beds were made. There were still towels in the washer and dishes in the bottom of the dishwasher. To be honest, this place needs a good cleaning and a little TLC. Suggestions: Would give some and added property details to make this place great instead of just good but out of space.

Launchpad for San Diego

Fantastic location between Del Mar and Solana Beach and within a short drive to many great beaches. 2 story condo with outdoor patio was a fantastic space for my family of 5 to explore all of San Diego. One of several pools is only a few steps away and rarely busy. Owner is helpful and wants to keep a nice property. No ocean view from condo but it’s easy to walk across the street to catch a sunset.

Excellent base for San Diego exploration

Our family had a fabulous time at this Solana Beach property! It was easy to get to the beach from the townhome and Solana Beach itself offers an abundance of shopping and restaurants. Steve, the owner, was responsive and organized and we found the checkin process to be totally seamless. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Good location, a bit of walk to the beach, wish it was a bit more clean

The location was good, immediate communication with the owner, and easy to get to; however, the access to the beach was a bit more confusing as we had to enter through the other complex which was across the street. It’s not a major problem, but just a bit more difficult to get to than we had anticipated. The location is in between Delmar shopping area and Solana Beach- about 1 mile either way, and easy walking to each. The kitchen was well stocked with things we need for a 6 day stay. It’s fairly clean as we don’t wear shoes indoor but floor just felt a bit gritty. The bathroom shower stall could be a bit more clean. But otherwise, comfortable to use. Overall a good stay.

Good place to stay

We enjoyed our week stay at Del Mar Beach club. Pros: Lots of sleeping space for our family, can walk across the street and down to the beach, comfy beds, private patio table/grill to eat outside, multiple pools with heated pool across the street, large couch to relax, large windows/sliding glass doors to open to cool things off in the evenings, extra large washing machine. Cons: bedroom shades don't block out light (we were up by 7 AM every morning with the sun...no sleeping in here), things were generally clean, but could have been a little cleaner (dusty baseboards, floors could have been swept better (we wore socks so we didn't feel any grit/sand...I'm sure its hard to get all the sand tracked in), bathroom ceilings above shower have mold mildew spots forming. Overall a good stay.
