A great vacation spot

Great proximity to shops and restaurants all walking distance , great gym and great pool great communications with Monica ( managing the booking ) . Would love to reurn again next year

River District Stay

Place was very clean, a bit spartan, which you can tell by the photos. We enjoyed the great location in the River District and we walked to the restaurants and bars every night. We were glad to have parking, and our stay was enjoyable.

Very convenient location

My family and I were in town for a dance competition. I’m happy I stumbled upon this property because it saved it us so much money. We had a beautiful view, a kitchen, and enough room for the four of us without feeling cramped. The property is just as pictured.

My husband and I very much enjoyed staying at this property. View was beautiful, it was very basic, clean and met our needs perfectly. It’s very easy to get to and a great location for walking by around. Property owner/manager was very responsive with our questions and made the check in and out process incredibly easy. We will area.

Three night stay for fun.

Recently in town for a few days as part of a longer trip through SWF. Walking into this unit looks exactly like the picture. Dramatic floor to ceiling windows overlooking the river! The 19th floor makes for a stunning view of the harbor and beyond. The unit was very clean and adequately appointed for a short stay but don’t look for any extras.1 1/2 rolls of TP, paper towels, and some instant espresso packets. Two pillows and 1 blanket provided. Our main issue was the bed. It’s a queen but the mattress was so bad and without support that you can’t stay out if the middle. Two people can’t sleep comfortably in it and the futon has a support bar that makes it impossible to sleep on. I spent the first night on the couch and gave my husband the bed. Thankfully, then we borrowed an air mattress from nearby family for the other two nights.The building is a little tired and run down, but the unit itself is updated; just a bit basic. The parking deck felt creepy at night but had easy access to the building and we had no issues. The fire alarm lights were blinking in the lobby and garage the entire first day and then overnight the audible alarm in our room went off a couple of times. I reached out the next day to mention it and never heard any response. Not what I expected.Surrounding area is cute and walkable! Many nice restaurants in walking distance and felt reasonably safe. Overall enjoyed our stay, the area, and this unit but would not likely stay again.
