Each bedroom offers a cozy setup with a king, queen, or twin bed. Enjoy the enchanting bathrooms with refreshing showers and provided hair dryers. Relax in the serene living space with WiFi, cable, smart tv, AC, and heating for your , comfort. Make yourself at home in this peaceful retreat. High chair, travel crib upon request. Men’s and woman’s cursing bikes . The heated pool is a relaxing, fun feature. The fenced backyard with a swing-for the kidos.Golf cart for rent upon request and availability. We look forward to hosting you at our home and your home away from home. With a light background check check tenants would be eligible to use the two large community pools, small gym, pickle ball, shuffle board, corn hole, horse shoe courts as well as as attend bingo and all the other activities at the clubhouse that it offers. Small library etc.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please turn down or off the pool heater, adjust the house thermostat to 78, make sure to clean the grill after each use.
Please set the trash cans out to the curb. Thank you
Please shut any opened windows and doors, put the key back in the lock box and opener and extra keys on the table by the front door. TY
