Phoenix is waiting for you at this 4-bedroom/3-Full Bath house. Step inside to a spacious open concept living room, dining and kitchen area. Full kitchen with electric stovetop and oven and full fridge and freezer. Has an eat-in kitchen that seats 4, dining table that seats 6 and 2 stools to seat 2 at the island. When it's time to wind down and retire for rest you have a the Master Suite with 1 king bed and a 50" HDTV and a smaller bedroom next to the Master that has (2) twin beds. On the opposite side of the house is a bedroom with a queen size bed and a 50" HDTV and an adjacent bedroom with a bunkbed which has a full size on the bottom and twin on top, as well as a twin trundle under the full. Enjoy the convenience of 3 bathrooms equipped with a hair dryer in the master bath and bathtubs in all baths as well as a separate deep soak bath and stand up shower in the Master Suite.

Outside is the main reason why families enjoy this property! A crystal clear pool with a baja shelf to chill and relax in while taking in the warm AZ sun. An 8-person spa to heat up and soak and relax your body in after spending the day out enjoying all Phoenix has to offer. Then wind down the evening by the fire under the cabana in the comfortable outdoor furniture while watch a sports game or movie on the 58" HDTV.

This wonderful property also features some dumbbells and exercise ball, heating & AC, WiFi, and a washing machine and dryer. Also for those needing to complete some remote work while on vacation, there is a work desk with a 32" monitor to plug into for dual screen visibility.

In the garage there is a 220 outlet to charge your electric car and there is a cable there to car a Tesla

When looking at houses for our stay, the outdoor amenities were a huge pull for us and we were not disappointed. We were able to enjoy a lot of outdoor time even though the weather was on the chillier side. The space is clean and inviting. The bed was super comfortable. Plenty of room to spread out. Dan was very helpful and friendly. House was amazing. We are from Minnesota and was here for a soccer tournament. It was so wonderful, relaxing and unthawing by the pool. The house was beautiful, SPACIOUS, and exactly what we needed for a small celebration. The host, Dan, was extremely accommodating and checked in periodically. Great property. Clean and functional. There was a random plumbing issue during our stay and the owners fixed it immediately. Could only heat one at a time (pool or hot tub), but owner was very flexible on setting our desired timing for each one. I would definitely recommend this property.

We enjoy this neighborhood because it's convenient and close to everything. Most places that you want to visit and explore are within 20-30 min. The backyard there is a beautiful view of the mountains and the neighborhood is family oriented.
