Beautiful 5BR Avalon Townhome w/HeatedPool- Steps to Shops, Dining, Beach & Bay!

Sunday to Sunday rental (2 night minimum during off-season)– 5BR, 4-1/2 bath side by side with private 12x20 heated pool (pool open through Sept)! This great location puts you ½ block into the center of downtown Avalon and just 3-1/2 blocks to the beach. Beautifully furnished and appointed. The first floor features a queen bedroom with smart TV and an adjacent full hall bathroom and a family room with pullout sofa that could be utilized as a 6th bedroom. There are sliders from the family room to the poolside deck area with full size enclosed outdoor shower.

The 2nd floor of the property is the main living area with a bright and spacious great room w/gas fireplace and large flat screen TV. This opens up into the dining area and well stocked kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. The dining area seats 8 and there is additional seating for 5 at the adjacent large kitchen center island. There is also additional dining space on the front deck and a natural gas grill. There is a powder room off of the kitchen and a queen bedroom suite with a smart TV and private bath.

Take the stairs to the third floor which has 3 bedrooms (1 bunk room with 3 twins & 1 full, 1 queen bedroom with a TV and 1 king master suite.) The spacious master bedroom has a king bed, large flat screen TV, desk area and a private bath with double vanities.

Park the car and walk just about everywhere. Off street parking for 2 cars and a garage with a second full fridge, beach chairs w/beach tags, beach cart, umbrella & place to store your beach gear.

The property is located on 24th St.

There's only a 2-night minimum in the off-season, beginning in mid-September.

Perfect location

We were only in Avalon for a long weekend, but this house was the perfect spot. It's close to the shops and restaurants, but also only a few blocks from the ocean. The layout of the house is great if you're going with friends/family -- there's a floor for everyone. We all want to go back!

This house had everything we needed for a perfect college reunion for our ladies only group. Great proximity to the beach, shops, and restaurants, and all the beach “stuff” you could ever need. The big orange cart made it super easy to get back and forth with all of us and gear. The layout of the house allows for togetherness and also privacy, just like people need on vacation. The owner is clearly very organized and we appreciated the well stocked kitchen and labels on everything so we could keep it that way. The pool and outdoor shower are fantastic! We felt at home right away and are already talking about renting here again. Great job!
