Sunday to Sunday rental (2 night minimum during off-season)– 5BR, 4-1/2 bath side by side with private 12x20 heated pool (pool open through Sept)! This great location puts you ½ block into the center of downtown Avalon and just 3-1/2 blocks to the beach. Beautifully furnished and appointed. The first floor features a queen bedroom with smart TV and an adjacent full hall bathroom and a family room with pullout sofa that could be utilized as a 6th bedroom. There are sliders from the family room to the poolside deck area with full size enclosed outdoor shower.
The 2nd floor of the property is the main living area with a bright and spacious great room w/gas fireplace and large flat screen TV. This opens up into the dining area and well stocked kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. The dining area seats 8 and there is additional seating for 5 at the adjacent large kitchen center island. There is also additional dining space on the front deck and a natural gas grill. There is a powder room off of the kitchen and a queen bedroom suite with a smart TV and private bath.
Take the stairs to the third floor which has 3 bedrooms (1 bunk room with 3 twins & 1 full, 1 queen bedroom with a TV and 1 king master suite.) The spacious master bedroom has a king bed, large flat screen TV, desk area and a private bath with double vanities.
Park the car and walk just about everywhere. Off street parking for 2 cars and a garage with a second full fridge, beach chairs w/beach tags, beach cart, umbrella & place to store your beach gear.
