This place was perfect for our family of 6. It was clean and very well taken care of. The location can’t be beat as it’s close to shops and right on the beach. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the ocean. We will definitely stay here again.

This condo has a beautiful ocean view, great balcony and is very updated with kitchen baths and throughout. However, while it was furnished attractively and clean it reeked of cigarette smoke holiday real estate refused to acknowledge this and denied it. We had friends visit, and all five of us agreed cigarette smoke permeated everything even our sheets. This condo has been smoked in for a long time. They offered us a 10% discount on a future beach rental, but we will definitely not be using this. The amenities were clearly marked no smoking, but holiday real estate needs to be honest with their clients. We turned off the air conditioner, multiple times and aired it out with the screen to the balcony, but it didn’t work because it is so strong of a smell.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on your stay. This is quite a puzzling review as the property has been occupied by 6 different guests since this guest's departure. None have complained or even mentioned a smoke odor. We also had an agent that does not smoke inspect the property immediately after this guest's departure, before the cleaners arrived. We questioned the cleaner if there was any smoke odor before this guest's arrival, they said that there was not. Every unit we rent is non smoking, we simply can't determine what this guest was smelling, the owners DO NOT SMOKE, nor have any guests. We do not hide from issues, nor do we involve ourselves emotionally, we deal with and resolve issues but we just cant figure this one out...
