My husband and I have lived several places, but Mooresville feels like home. We have lived here 20+ years. We raised two sons who live close by. We are empty nesters and enjoy meeting new people and sharing our home with people who love the view as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

We chose this neighborhood because it is a small lake front community. The people are friendly and you will see them walking their dogs all times of the day.

What makes this property unique

This property faces West and the sunsets are beautiful. We enjoy watching the wake surfers, water skiers and kids being pulled on tubes. You will see ducks, geese and blue heron. I feed the fish off the dock and enjoying seeing the bluegills and catfish swim by.
