Designed with entertainment and gathering in mind, this 4 bedroom 3 bath will comfortably sleep 14. There is ample parking for cars and boats as well as a private boat dock. Conveniently located on a quite cove just minutes from everything!

We really enjoyed our stay at this lake house. There was plenty of room for 8 guests and all of the amenities that we needed. The boat dock/fishing pier was set up nicely and we managed to catch some fish in the lights at night. I would definitely recommend this stay and we look forward to going back sometime.

Location of the property is preferred for Fishman wanting a location near the center of Toledo Bend Reservoir. The Home was very clean, fishing at the property was excellent. I can't wait to rent the Property next Year!

I am a native of Louisiana, grew up on the water fishing and hunting with family and friends. Reside in near by Natchitoches, LA. I'm a professional Airline Pilot and also enjoy remodeling/construction projects and flips.

Why they chose this property

The proximity to Toledo Town and the mid-lake area where all the restaurants, tackle shops, marina, grocery stores etc... Our side of the cove has a fantastic view West and we get incredible sunsets. We have a very gentle slope to the water so no steps leading down to the pier or seawall to deal with. A very easy stroll to the dock which makes it accessible for everyone.

What makes this property unique

The topography of our land and the gradual slope down to the water make it easy for everyone to get a pole in the water. We have a great covered dock with utilities and fish cleaning station. A great place to hang out and enjoy a nice lake breeze.
