Accommodating and quietl. Very comfortable room and location is perfect for traveling between airport and town. Highly recommend this stay if your on a budget.
Great location, very nice host. If you are traveling on a budget & just need a place to stay, this is a great option! (Didn’t give it 5 stars only because it’s very small. Just a bed, small fridge & little table with microwave & coffee & tea options. Plus the bathroom.) We would definitely stay again!

Debbie was sooo nice and welcoming! The room was clean, and the blanket and pillows were SO soft :) The location is away from traffic and there is plenty of parking space. I would highly recommend staying here. 11/10
Simple, early 80’s style, priced right for the room, location, decor, basic amenities. Had a bsmt room in the hs., lots of pillows, quiet, even tho it was close to the airport. Room was tucked away at the far end of the property. Plenty of parking. Inviting yard. Host came outside in the dark to meet me & gave me a ride to the tour company I needed to meet up with early the next morning. I’d stay there again. Host was helpful and kind.
For the price, this was a nice place to stay. We felt safe, appreciated the cleanliness of the apartment, the kettle and hot tea options, microwave & fridge. We could go through the fence straight to Fred Meyer grocery store. The host was friendly. There could be more communication about how to access and use the washer/dryer and updating WiFi instructions. We were pleased with our stay and would stay here again if we come back to Fairbanks.
It was really close to the airport but still very quiet. Loved the separate entrance. It backed up right to the Fred Meyer so very convenient if you want food and don’t have a car like us. Also just a few minutes walk to Arby’s and Taco Bell. A little outdated but we didn’t care. Comfortable bed.

Room is clean restroom is clean. Walkable to Fred Mayer and taco bell. Owners are friendly. Would have been even better if there is a small water bottle or provision to fill water but this is just a suggestion.
If you have a choice to choose between a hostel and this room with few dollars price difference I would strongly suggest to go for this room for all the advantages it offers. I was in similar boat hence suggesting :)
My son got his paper's to come home from the army for good. We are so excited. Unfortunately he was signed out of his room before his flight home. He had nowhere to go. This was the perfect solution. Thank you so much host Debbie for helping our son!!!!
