Lovely Country House near Nafplio

Welcome to our house in a beautiful country environment! Enjoy a peaceful stay,independence and relaxation close to nature away from urban everyday life, combining your stay with excursions to nearby Nafplio and with rural tourism activities.

The Space
Our house is an ideal place for those who seek relaxing stay when at the same time they would like to be close to Nafplio. It lays at an estate with cottages, outside the city, which is an ideal place for relaxing vacation. It is fully equipped, it can accommodate easily up to 6 people and it provides all the amenities possible so that you will miss nothing during your stay.There is a possibility to add more beds and baby cot, upon request.
The house is also pet friendly, as it has its own private garden with garden furniture and a barbecue area. Apart from that, our estate provides a small farm with animals like chickens and turkeys which makes it ideal for children and families.We also have our own garden with vegetables and fruits, so that guests can come closer to the rural lifestyle and participate in rural tourism activities.

Guest Access
The house consists of 3 floors: ground floor, first floor and basement. It also has a big private garden.

Ground floor:
-Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, cooker, cutlery, utensils, pans, dining table,microwave)
-Comfortable living room with sofa, extra chairs, television and fireplace.
-Big Bathroom with bath tub and a washing machine

Basement:
-Bedroom with one semi double bed (110x200), one single bed(90x200) and a big closet.

First Floor:
-Cute attic bedroom with big double bed (160x200) and closet
-One more attic bedroom with two semi-double beds (110x200) and closet
-Cosy bathroom with shower

Outdoor:
-Big terrace with outdoor furniture and garden
-Barbeque facilities

Getting Around
The house is located around 5km away from Nafplio, so it is important to have a means of transportation if you want to move around, more preferable to have a car. Private parking place for the car is provided for free for our guests.
There is also possibility of car, bike or bicycle rental - you can ask me information in case you are interested.
The city of Nafplio is a very small and there is no public transport inside it. You can easily move around the city on foot, by car or by bicycle. In case you wish to move from Nafplio to other villages or cities by other means, there is a bus station with very frequent routes in the center of Nafplio.
Nafplio is easily accessible from Athens, as it is only 180 km away and you can come directly from the airport either by car via Olympia Odos or you can take the bus from Kifisos Station in Athens and arrive here in around 2 hours.

Interaction with Guests
You can meet with me at your arrival in order to give you the keys and guide you to the house . As I grew up in Nafplio, I can give you any information about the surroundings and what you can do during your stay. Generally I try to make my guests' stay as relaxing and peaceful as possible so I only come to the house when it is asked or permitted. Guests can always reach me through telephone or internet.
