The home has a large living room with plenty of seating, 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and a sunroom. Amenities include central heating/air, Samsung smart TV, Wi-Fi, and comfortable California King and Queen-sized beds. The three bathrooms have either a step-in shower or a step over tub/shower combo. There are grab bars in the showers and next to toilets, which are high rise. Showers do not accommodate wheelchairs. Shower chair is available upon request. Bathrooms are stocked with towels and basic toiletries/shampoo/soap/hair dryer guest use. The full-sized indoor laundry is stocked with complimentary laundry supplies. Games, puzzles, DVDs and books are available for your entertainment. The property has a large picnic table, a covered breezeway,a hammock and large grassy areas for guests to relax and unwind. Outdoor games, BBQ and fire pit are also available.
If you have wee ones, a high chair, porta-crib and baby bath are available upon request.
