About this property

Lake View & Cascading Waterfall Pool

Located just 1 minute from the boat dock. It boasts a huge front deck with sweeping views of the mountains partial of beautiful Lake Oroville. Perfect lay out for family getaways. Beautiful pool with rock waterfall in the private yard.

This home is fully accessible to our guest.

We have one neighbor with connected driveway. The neighbors drive way is not to be used. We also own the empty lot next door so there is plenty of parking. HOA

Approx 1/2 mile to nearest bus station and 1 mile from gas station, food spots and Dollar General for quick items needed.

Not shown in the pictures is the newly updated backyard to include hot tub, artificial grass, lounge chairs, table with 4 bar stools and new propane 5 burner grill. Must be minimum age 28 to rent.
Minimum age for Rental is 28

We require (not an option) a property damage insurance on all of our rentals. We use a third party insurance carrier that is currently used on the other vacation home rental websites and is automatically factored in the price on those websites. This insurance is $99 (non-refundable) with property damage coverage up to $5000. The nightly price is higher than other vacation website to pay for the insurance. Any questions please reach out to us thank you.

PETS - Pets are allowed ONLY if approved by the owners. If approved there will be an additional $100 non-refundable fee attached to an additional $400 pet deposit for a total of $500.

Great property for views and cozy gatherings. The house is large enough for families with children, young to middling. The host is friendly and available when help or questions need to be addressed. Beautiful neighborhood with frequent deer sittings and bird watching. Great open porches for sunning and warm conversations.

The place was perfect for our two families. It was a very nice house with proper amenities. The backyard was great to return to after a day on the water, everyone enjoyed it. The added hot tub was a hit. Everyone was able to spread out and it was lovely eating on the large front porch in the evenings. We can't wait to return.

Great place for a family gathering!

Property was clean, spacious, adequately supplied, and a lovely home. Even the Christmas tree was lit when we arrived! Family enjoyed their time reconnecting, sharing food and nightly rest.

Great place for a family gathering!

We had a great time. We had a bunch of people together for a wedding and it was perfect! The kids enjoyed the pool and the front deck was great for coffee with a view. The owner, Jacob was very responsive and accommodating! We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Perfect lakeside getaway

We had a small bridal shower at the property and it had everything we needed for a fun weekend- pool, hot tub, lake views, ping pong table, and dart board! Great deck, backyard, and large kitchen a living room- perfect for entertaining. I would highly recommend staying here :)

Jacob is a good host and all is nice you just can’t be loud especially after 10 pm

I think guests will love it here for family oriented events but I understand the neighborhood is a quiet one and can’t be loud

Anniversary Family Weekend

The home has gorgeous views of lake and great for quiet relaxation. It has everything you need to prepare meals at home and finish the evening with a swim, ping ping, darts, or games around the living room table. We enjoyed celebrating 32 years of marriage with our adult kids that travelled to meet and enjoy family time.

Beautiful views and pool. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. Plenty of room for all to spread out. Jacob was very accommodating with all my questions and was available at all times. Our granddaughter had a wonderful graduation. Highly recommend.

The pictures of the home were exactly as depicted! We brought some items like d/w soap, paper towels and more, however the house had ample supplies of everything needed for our month stay. 😃the property was very comfortable with a great view of the lake and surrounding area. The kids loved the pool, and the adults as well. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again! Jim

Beautiful Lake View Home with a Pool

The house and location are both wonderful. The backyard is gorgeous and well maintained. The garage has a ping pong table and dart board which were perfect for our family vacation. I would say it is more accurate that the house sleeps 10. We were able to use a couple of air beds for additional sleeping. We had questions upon arrival and Jacob was immediately available and extremely helpful andnd accommodating. Follow Jacob’s advice regarding the driveway. Overall a great home for our family’s boating vacation.

Better than pictures show!

We had a great time at this home. What the listing pics don’t show is a larger dining room table, and a very comfortable upstairs living room sectional couch. If you are headed to the lake, you just can’t beat this location. The driveway is a bit challenging, but once you get the approach angle right, you are good to go. Master bedroom and bath are quite spacious, and the bed, while a bit noisy, is comfortable. This is a hard find in rental homes! Downstairs living area has a TV, but we discovered that we would have preferred it upstairs to go along with the comfy sectional. The pool and hot tub were very clean, and even with high temps outside, the pool remained quite cool, which was very nice. The kitchen is well appointed and had everything we needed to cook dinners every night. With just a 5 min drive to the grocery store, and Oroville Tacos, we wanted for nothing. Outdoor seating for dinners was comfortable. When lake levels are up, I bet the view would be amazing. Overall, an excellent stay, and we would come back for sure.

Oroville lakehouse

We loved the house. The pool was great for the kids. There were a couple of issues when we checked in, but Jacob was was so quick to respond and very nice. It was to bad the water in the lake was not visible, but that is not a problem.

Perfect Home for Any Group

This home is perfectly situated to accommodate any group type - families w/ kids, adult friends, couples. Lots of space to spread out & not be on top of each other. The pool, hot tub & deck all make great use of the outdoor space. Super close to the lake w/ great views. Easy to get into town to enjoy some of the local restaurants (check out Ethan's Eatery for breakfast!). House is very clean and has all the amenities you'd need. Jacob was clear in communication on house access & even offer early check in/late check out without it being requested. We're looking at our calendar to see when we can come back!

Nice weekend getaway

Jacob was one of the easiest and most communicative hosts I have ever had. It made the entire process very easy and more enjoyable. The lake level is really low right now, but the views and driving around the region are still very nice. Our only two complaints were that some supplies were missing or extremely low (wood pellets, dish soap, laundry detergent), and that some of the furnishings and appliances need updating, because they either didn't work too well (dishwasher) or were uncomfortable (futons, queen beds). But overall, it was a very nice stay and great place to spend the weekend with friends.

We have 5 children between us two of which are active duty Marines and Navy while the others are still young.

Why they chose this property

We initially purchased this home as a flip but fell in love with the views and peacefulness. This home has been such a fun home to bring our friends and family to stay and enjoy as well as taking the boat out on Lake Oroville.
