This condo comes fully furnished with high end furniture and high quality mattresses; we want your experience to be as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. This condo will sleep 11+ comfortably. The fridge comes with a water/ice maker. The kitchen is stocked with the basics for making meals on site, a coffee maker, toaster, etc. A perk about this unit is easy access, main level entry, and yet the balcony is raised giving full unobstructed views of the lake! Guests can enjoy the private outdoor pool just down the hall, with lake views! Bring your fishing poles and enjoy fishing from the dock or the fully stocked private pond.

Condo guests will receive six daily water park passes at Bridges Bay Indoor/Outdoor Waterpark. *Waterpark passes are an amenity and not part of the daily rental price* Additional passes can be purchased at a discounted rate. There are multiple restaurants onsite, a swim-up bar, a fitness center, arcade, playground, a basketball court, sand volleyball courts, SkyRder Zipline, Live music at Bracco Beach Bar, etc There are great biking and running trails nearby.
