About this property

Whether you're looking to get on the water or play out in the desert sand, this is the perfect place to adventure from. And when you're done with your day, come back to this quiet cove where you can enjoy a refreshing outdoor shower, grill and dine out on the patio, before going up to kick back on the rooftop deck where you can enjoy an evening breeze, amazing views, and maybe a few cocktails. You'll want to turn a short getaway into a longer stay!

Located at Martinez Lake on the lower Colorado River, with access to a private dock (jetski, canoe, or kayak access only...or maybe a very small fishing boat)

NOTE: the upstairs / add-on bedroom is almost completely lacking in insulation and mostly made of windows. It is warm in the summer (even with AC on full blast and standing fans blowing) and cold in the winter (but I've got warm blankets to help with that)
The back bedroom is the coldest/comfiest in the place for the warm blooded.

Flip deck furniture over & store cushions / pillows, take down umbrellas.

Check for any personal belonging (pillows, toiletries, shoes & hats, etc.) before leaving. Have a safe trip home!
