Start your mornings with a refreshing swim in the home’s private, inground pool, afterward reclining the day away with a good book and a sparkling cocktail on the chaise loungers or on the comfortable day bed. A barbeque grill is available for whipping up a lunch masterpiece that you can dine on al fresco under the shaded pergola. As the day winds down, gather around the outdoor sofa seating while you toast up tasty treats at the fire bowl and regale each other on the adventures of the day.



Just minutes from downtown Palm Springs, you’ll be within easy reach of delicious restaurants, chic boutiques, cozy cafés, and scenic trailheads taking you on the hiking adventure of a lifetime. Make sure you set aside some time to take a ride on the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, transporting you over the soaring cliffs of Chino Canyon to the pristine wilderness of the Mt. San Jacinto State Park where you’ll find a museum, theaters, and over 50 miles of hiking trails. Closer to the home, nearby Ruth Hardy Park offers tennis, basketball, and sand volleyball courts.

This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 4 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes 2 twin size beds.



Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.



Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed.



Bedroom #4 includes a king size bed and a smart TV.



The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Driveway parking available for up to 2 vehicles.

• The pool can be heated for an additional $100 per day. At least 24 hours advanced notice is required. (Please note, property does not have a spa.)

• This home is equipped with three (3) external security cameras. The first is located in the driveway, actively monitoring the front gate entry. The second is mounted on the front corner of the house, actively monitoring the front yard and parking area. The third is mounted on the doorbell, actively monitoring the home’s entrance.

• Pool Heating Policy

Please be aware that the pool heating fee is not included in the total booking charges and must be paid before check-in. Pool heating is available October through May, and requests should be made at least 48 hours prior to your arrival.



- For stays 28 nights or longer:

A deposit of $1,500/month is due prior to check-in to cover the cost of utilities for this home. Once utilities are deducted from this deposit at the end of your stay, the remainder will be returned. If the cost of utilities should exceed the allotted $1500/month, please note that guests are required to cover the difference. Customer Care team will coordinate payment of the deposit. This includes pool heat.





The location of this home is as appealing as its beautiful design. A 10-minute drive will take you to Downtown Palm Springs with its central shopping district including vintage boutiques, interior design shops, chic restaurants, and art galleries. The mountains are of course nearby with the popular attraction of the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, plus nature trails for hiking, horseback riding, and biking all around.



Be sure to visit the hot springs, golf courses, and spas which the area is known for. Palm Springs is an amazing geographic location that also puts you within range of day trips to places like Joshua Tree National Park and Coachella.
