The unit features a master bedroom, a small guest room with a futon bed, a desk, a kitchenette, a bathroom with a freestanding tub, a formal dining area, and a living room equipped with a TV and an arcade game. The oven-less kitchenette includes electric burners, a sink, a refrigerator, an electric kettle, a rice cooker, a microwave, a toaster, and a Keurig. The trailer is equipped with both AC and a heater for your comfort. Outside, you'll find a café-style table with chairs on a wooden deck, perfect for enjoying the natural springs and forest views. This unit is on 5 acres and lots of outside areas to relax in including a meditation tent, a swing and a hammock!

We chose this neighborhood because we love nature! Big trees everywhere! Plus there is a lake, river, hot springs, hiking trails, animals, snow in the winter!

We have 5 acres and are surround by Sequoia National Forest. We've been designing and creating a space that allows for peace and tranquility. There are trails, a swing, a hammock and a meditation tent.
