This beautifully renovated guest unit offers a cozy, private retreat with its own entrance and deck (the owners live in the upstairs unit). The space includes a master room with a sleeping area separated by a custom floor-to-ceiling divider, a formal dining area, a living room with TV and desk, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a rainfall showerhead and handheld sprayer.
The oven-less kitchenette is equipped with electric burners, an air fryer, a sink, refrigerator, electric kettle, rice cooker, microwave, toaster, and Keurig. Outside, enjoy a picnic table with benches and two loungers—perfect for relaxing and taking in the forest views. The unit sits on 5 wooded acres with plenty of outdoor spaces to unwind, including a swing and hammock.
The property is located at approximately 5,800 feet in elevation and is nestled within Sequoia National Forest, near giant sequoias such as the Trail of 100 Giants. Please note that the official Sequoia National Park is about a two-hour drive away.
An additional on-site unit is available for groups needing extra space:

This cozy cabin-trailer is just 20 minutes from the charming town of Kernville and Lake Isabella, where you'll find restaurants, stores, hot springs, hiking, the Kern River, fishing, rafting. The seasonal Alta Sierra Ski Resort is only 15 minutes away. Our backyard trail provides direct access to the Sequoia National Forest and 4 minutes from Greenhorn Mountain Park.

We have 5 acres and are surround by Sequoia National Forest. We've been designing and creating a space that allows for peace and tranquility. There are trails, a swing, a hammock and a meditation tent.
