Ideal for couples, solo travelers, or small families, B15 sleeps up to 4 guests and is located just behind the lobby and activities center, with the middle pool just around the corner and parking right outside the villa.

The villa features a king bedroom, a living area with a sleeper sofa, and an open layout that allows guests to enjoy the views from both the living space and the bedroom. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for your stay, and the bathroom with tub/shower combo can be accessed from either the kitchen or the bedroom. Guests can enjoy indoor dining with a view or relax outside on the balcony in the Caribbean breezes.

B15 is also a short walk from the laundry facility and offers easy access to the resort lobby, activities center, and middle pool. Point Pleasant Resort is approximately 8 miles from the airport. Rental cars are recommended for guests who want to explore the island, though taxis are often available near the lobby. The resort is also close to Coki Beach, Coral World Ocean Park, the ferry to St. John, and Magens Bay.

While island-wide power interruptions may occasionally occur, the resort is protected by a full-property backup generator system designed to keep guest units and essential resort services operating smoothly, including water, internet/Wi-Fi, restaurants, laundry facilities, and resort operations. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and smoking is prohibited in public areas and inside condominium units. We also recommend purchasing “cancel for any reason” travel insurance for added peace of mind.
