If you packed light or encountered inclement weather and would like to do some laundry, our laundry room is nearby, and we're happy to share!

Perfect Sidney getaway suite

Tara was an excellent host, the suite is clean, stylish and has everything you need - comfy bed, great shower, fully equipped kitchen and an easy 15 minute walk to the shops and restaurants of Sidney .Really great fish & chip and Indian restaurants within a 3-5 minute walk. Also great safe bike storage provided for our ebikes! Totally enjoyable stay.

Sidney’s Best!!

Tara’s suite is a wonderful home away from home! It was perfect for all of our needs, just a short walk from downtown, with a beautiful property and fantastic garden! The suite is cosy and roomy at the same time, with a well appointed kitchen. A private patio with BBQ is also available for cooking and relaxing. We highly recommend this VRBO property!!!

Well designed, tastefully decorated

The Home Suite Home is spacious, well-stocked with dishes, utensils and various appliances. Everything we needed was there for a two-week stay with our dog. We could walk to various beaches or to downtown Sidney. A five minute drive took us to Horth Hill for walks in the forest. Five minutes in the other direction took us to Lochside Drive by the ocean. Our hosts were very pleasant, welcoming, helpful and respectful.

Quiet little spot!

We really enjoyed our stay at Tara's property! The basement suite was very clean and organized and had all the supplies we needed and more! We also appreciated the little private patio out the door. Having had a wonderful stay at this property in April 2023, we booked again this year (2024), and we were not disappointed! Another great experience: clean and charming premises, fully-equipped and serviced so that one has everything one needs, and a charming and attentive host. The environs were quite and secluded with easy access to Sidney's wider facilities and waterfronts. A prefect place for us visiting our son who lives nearby. We thoroughly recommend it.

Just perfect

The property was ideal for us, just the right size for two, everything laid on in the way of white goods, kitchen equipment, etc, The owner was very attentive and relaxed, catering for our every need. The outdoor space was lovely to relax in. We stayed here because it was close to my son who lives in Sidney, and he too was mightily impressed. Coastal walks along Roberts Bay and Shoal bird reserve are nearby and there is even a wonderful fish and chips place just down the road. We’ll be back!

We enjoyed our stay in our ground floor rental suite. The location was perfect; walking distance to downtown Sidney and close to public access beaches. The suite had all the amenities we expected plus a comfortable patio sitting area. Tara was a very approachable host and was quick to resolve the issues with the suite that occurred.
