Host was great at communicating. Instructions were very clear. Bathroom was stocked with toiletries and kitchen was stocked with spices. Even had some waters in the fridge. Beds were super comfy!!! The house was even decorated for the holidays which was unexpected and a very nice touch!!! The location was super convenient and right off the interstate. Would definitely stay here again if we come in town for a swim meet.

The property was in good condition and the cleanliness was where it needed to be. Unfortunately, the AC did not work from the time we arrived. I reached out to the property owner, and they said they would get someone to fix it the next day. My family and I slept in the property that evening with an inside temperature of 86 degrees. Contacted them again the next morning and they said someone would be out to fix it. Arrived at the property at 530 that evening and the was 90 DEGREES! I messaged the owner informing them that I would not subject my family to sleeping again in the miserable temperatures and that over 90 was unacceptable. Received a message 4 hours later that they were going to install some window AC units. At this point I was already traveling with my family home. 2 Window AC units would not have touched the over 90-degree temperature, especially when they were not even going to be installed until after 930 pm. It took an entire day to decide to get window unit? That should have been done that morning. Then was told we would receive a partial refund due to the situation and have not received it over a week later.
