Your Indianapolis adventure begins staying in a renovated and remodeled space inside the Historic Merz building constructed in 1900. As one of the Kessler managed properties expect all you get with a five star hotel in a VRBO experience. For starters there is free onsite parking. Park your car and forget it. The location is a walk away from the Indianapolis Convention Center, Lucas Oil Stadium Eli Lilly, Gainbridge Fieldhouse and many of downtown Indianapolis’s many fine restaurants and art establishments to include the world famous Gallery Forty-Two. In 1987 I had the good fortune of playing in the Pan American Games held in Indianapolis. It was that tournament that qualified my team to compete In the 1988 Olympic Games in the sport of Team Handball. I wrote in my diary the day before leaving Indianapolis that I felt as if I would live in this city some day. So here I am, since 1989. Love it!!!

It has history, character and a location that is walking distance to Lucas Oil Stadium , Indiana convention Center and Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Everything I would want in my own house is what I provide in every property I own. This includes luxury mattresses, a variety of pillows, Antiques, commissioned art work from local artists and chosen pieces from my Art Gallery. If a guest request something I take pride in making it happen.
