Luxurious apartment 200m from Marinha beach near Carvoeiro

Our apartment is localized in a small complex of 6 units and has its own Private Garden. The beautiful Pool is situated in the communal area. The building is only 20 years old and the finishing is completed after the latest high luxury standards. There are electric window shutters and insect screens. All compartments have floor-heating. The apartment is well adapted for longer stays and residence living. Long-Stayers are very welcome in this comfortable, modern and well equipped house. Because of the stable optic fiber internet connection, the place is very suitable for Digital Nomads! Rates for 28 days or longer don't include electricity.
Self-catering will be easy in the very complete kitchen with cooker, oven, micro-wave, dish-washer, washing machine, dryer, etc. It has a romantic fire-place in the living room. There is entertainment with digital flat screen smart 55" TV in the living room and a digital flat screen smart 42" TV in the Master bedroom. The Master bedroom has a Kingsize double bed and the second bedroom (with direct access to the terrace) has two single beds that can be joined if wanted. This room has a digital 32" TV.
All beds are comfortable box-springs and there are plenty pillows. Many good reading spots are located in the rooms.
Bath and bed-linen is provided.
The apartment is situated in the charming Algarvian scenery. Within 100m. you are in the natural reserve 'Cliffs of Algarve' for endless walking, enjoying the stunning ocean views. It is the starting point of the famous cliff-walk "Seven hanging valleys".
The location is also ideal for beach holidays: the entrance of the most beautiful Praia da Marinha is at 5 minutes walk. The first restaurants are at walking distance and Carvoeiro, Lagoa and various Golf-courses are at a few minutes drive!
Parking is free, within the Condominium.
Padel and tennis courts are available at few minutes drive.
Prices are including electricity, water, internet, Turist Tax and VAT. Consumables like food and fire-wood for the fire place in the lounge and charcoal for the barbecue are not included.
Final (normal) cleaning is included in the rental price. Extra cleaning during your stay can be arranged against a cleaning fee.
For long-stays of 28-days or more, electricity is not included and charged against the real consumption indicated on the electricity meter of the EDP company, against their normal rates.




Where are we?: Praia da Marinha is really in the middle of the Algarve. So, our apartment is really ideal for any activity in this region. The Algarvian landscape is at its best around Carvoeiro. The villas are spacious scattered in this area and they alternate with rural areas. The compound is situated in a very quiet part, although close to the beach. The reserve 'Cliffs of the Algarve' starts at only 100m from our place. The entrance to the beach of Praia da Marinha (the most beautiful Algarvian beach) is at 200m from the apartment. There are many beaches nearby (Albandeira, Benagil, Carvoeiro Centrum, Praia da Rocha, Armação da Pêra) and it is a fantastic starting point for exploring trips along the coastline. Most of these beaches have small restaurants.
Golf Courses through the whole Algarve can be easily reached. There is a good connection (2 Km) with the main coast road 'N125' that connects all places in the Algarve from the east to the west. You will find the highway 'A22' immediately behind the N125. Lisbon is at 2,5hs drive. Faro at 45 min. and the Spanish border is also very close. You will find mountains with great views in Monchique with a thermal spa and forest.

Enjoy the luxury and comfort of the house!: Although it is quoted as an apartment, you will experience the house as a VILLA! From the living room you enter directly the Private Garden with its large covered terrace. The climate is mild in wintertime and never too hot in the summer. You can enjoy the outside life all the year around . The barbecue is waiting for you! The terrace is also ideal for dinners at night with candle light.
The furniture, equipment and the finishing are made for people with a sophisticated taste. The entertainment is great: 3 digital flatscreen TVs with the MEO channels. There is Netflix and Youtube at the TV's in the lounge and Masterbedroom.
For colder nights there is a comfortable -easy to manage- floor-heating system, also in the bathrooms. The
fire-place in the living room has a front window and a heat recycling system that guarantees a cosy romantic climate.
The compound has its own free parking.

Culture, leisure, sight-seeing: Golfers are very welcome! There are many courses nearby or easy to reach. The Pestana Golf Academy offers instruction and their driving range, putting area and chipping ground have free access.
For those who want to play tennis, there are plenty of courts at the Carvoeiro Tennis Club: hard court and Padel courts. Hard courts are also available in Rocha Brava. In both clubs, they offer lessons and you can play tournaments.
A new Padel Club (called "STATION") has opened next to the Aldi supermarket in Lagoa (few minutes drive).
Karting is possible at different places: Portimão, Almancil and Albufeira.
Parasailing (motorized flying over the Algarve) has its starting point in Portimão.
There are several stables for horse-riding: in Silves (riding in the mountains), Lagoa and Portimão.
The yearly traditional festival of Lagoa is in September. Flea markets are organized on certain Sundays in Lagoa.
It is worth to do a culinary discovery along the numerous nearby restaurants: fish and green wine (vinho verde)!
