This gorgeous house boasts a large master bedroom with 1 king bed with ginormous walk in closet and it’s own on-suite bathroom, a second master with the flexibility to have 1 king or 2 twin beds, and third bedroom with1 queen bed, and 1 full hallway bathroom (tub/shower combo), all perfect for a terrific stay. Both bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers, soaps, shampoos, and conditioners, guests will feel right at home. Enjoy the spacious living room with a cozy sofa bed and 65” LG flatscreen TV. All bedrooms have LG flatscreen TVs and free wifi. Enjoy tea or coffee on the enclosed lanai. Family BBQs are a must in the beach pebble back yard. Nap in one of the two hammocks. Experience the magic of this beach area!

I enjoy experiencing new things and I love to travel. It’s amazing that we can hop onto a plane and go anywhere! Experience anything! So for me, hosting is a way for me to give an experience. Hopefully a great one. That’s always the goal. Of course much of the enjoyment is up to the visitor too. There are so many things to explore outside the home in this area. We are in the St. Pete area. There are museums to see, art shows, markets, shopping areas, restaurants, boats to rent, beaches voted to be the best in the US. If you can’t find anything to do here… well you’re just not trying. It’s at your feet!
Why they chose this property
I chose this area because It’s close to St. Pete. It’s close to where everything is happening. I wanted a home that was classy, a nice beautiful neighborhood you can feel safe in, walking trails near by to walk or ride, the beach is 2 miles away!!! That in itself is truly spectacular! This is just a really neat area. We can’t wait to share it with you.
What makes this property unique
I think what makes this home different from others I see, when you drive up in the very large driveway the home screams “You’re at the beach!!! Welcome!” I have tried to keep this home original to this area. Many homes aren’t comfortable looking. They look like big city. St Pete area is not big city. It’s a tropical, welcoming, cultural, humble “Sunshine City”. At Seminole/St Pete, you’re on island time. Put your cares behind you. When you drive up you’re going to see this beautiful ocean blue home, with a gorgeous green lawn, a lot of tropical plants… Take a deep breath. Your hammock is waiting….
