Great place - Fantastic location to visit the region from LA to San Diego

We enjoyed very much the location in Dana Point. Excellent location close to the sea and shopping area. Very nicely decorated rooms with all necessary equipment. The complete family was feeling like at home. Pool area also located very close to the house. Ideal place for families. Also ideal for people who like to have a run in the morning or evening as running track close to the beach and streets.

A Great Find!! Great Location!!

I don't know that I've ever written a review for anything before, but I did want to write how amazing this condo is. It in itself is very beautiful, just like the picture show. But of course we weren't there just to spend all of our time in the condo, so the location was very important to us. It is a great location!!! It is across a neighborhood-like street to where you walk down steps to the beach. Plus the view is beautiful. When you go across the street there's a sidewalk that that lets you just stroll along the beach while enjoying the magnificent view. We just enjoyed the beautiful beach and the noncommercial like atmosphere there. Dana point was a great place to stay. It was our first time, but we'll definitely be back. We went to Disneyland for a day, it took us about 40 minutes to get there which we expected. So I find everything was very accurately described in the description, and it truly is as nice as it looks. I guess for me the one question I had was with this location be as great as I hoped it would be?? And it was!!! Also I just have to say the owner was amazing to work with. She really went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was great. We had to switch our dates and she took care of all of that for us. You will not go wrong if you stay here. Enjoy!

Picture Perfect!

This was our fourth year renting this Coastal Cottage in Dana Point, with each stay being longer than the previous, and this year we stayed 2 months! We absolutely love the bright and cheery condo and its fabulous location at Strand Beach, near the Dana Point marina, Monarch Beach Golf Course and the Ritz Carlton. This might be one of the prettiest beaches in Southern California. The photos online were accurate but can't convey the homey feel of this very well decorated and cared-for condo. It is clean, well maintained, and we always look forward to the latest updates we've seen each year. Teri, the owner, is a joy to work with, and she goes out of her way to make sure our stay is perfect. Dana Point is a hidden treasure, whether it's walking on the beach, whale watching, surfing, swimming, biking, dining out, going to Disneyland or LegoLand, and of course Los Angeles is not far away if that is your desire. Golfers will find Torrey Pines just an hour away, or Monarch Beach Golf Course, with two holes along the beach/ocean, is just 3 minutes away. Dana Point is more like a resort area that fronts a great beach that has good waves and spectacular sunsets that attract locals and visitors alike, as the sun sets into the azure ocean or behind Catalina island directly ahead of your hilltop view overlooking what feels like your own private beach. There are many excellent restaurants nearby, including in adjoining Laguna Beach, San Juan Capistrano and San Clemente. We look forward to returning soon to this little piece of Heaven! Fun Times in Dana Point

We had a great time over in Dana Point! Condo was actually closer to the beach than we thought! Great walking area and some beautiful sunsets with Catalina and San Clemente island views were enjoyed. Easy keypad entry into condo was great also. We would recommend this place to all. Also, we discovered a neighborhood treasure, Italian restaurant, Luciana's a half mile away!

Good Location / comfortable space

This was a very comfortable space in a convenient location. Only a short 2 min drive up the hill to the Ritz. Walking distance to the beach & quick drive away to Laguna beach. All the amenities were well kept & up to date. Parking was conveniently close by the condo & instructions & directions were relayed clearly.

Our family enjoys Southern California! We enjoy the beauty of the coastline and the upscale area of Monarch Beach. The location is fantastic Our children enjoy Sea World, The Aquarium of The Pacific, Disneyland, LegoLand, Aquarium of the Pacific and much more. We also enjoy the harbor of Dana Point for Yolo Boarding and taking a boat out to Whale Watch. Laguna Beach is only 2 miles north and is nice as well. We are surrounded by 5 star resorts, walking trails and beach access to Strands Beach in Monarch. We have enjoyed Dana Point for the past 7 years and just love Southern California lifestyle!

We are in one of the prime locations of Southern California. We can spend a day in Laguna Beach, Disney Land, Lego Land, Beverly Hills, New Port and drive back to one of the most amazing places!

The area is truly an exceptional Southern California destination offering something for everything. Surfing, Stand Up Paddle boarding and whale watching keeps the adventurous types busy, while those who just want to relax can enjoy lounging on beach, sitting by the pool or watching the surfers ride the waves. Other activities include shopping, playing golf and exploring the many art galleries located within minutes of our condo.
