Very nice hotel.

We were very pleased with the hotel. We would stay again. The only thing that was a negative was the parking. It was difficult to find a parking spot, especially in the rain. Overall, we loved the hotel.

We loved this hotel and the Dubliner Pub - super fun spot, close to the Metro and right on Capitol Hill!

Two day stay

Hotel and staff were great. The restaurant attached had good food as well. Only thing we didn’t like is the noise of DC traffic and police cars. Not much the hotel can do there but they do provide earplugs. Just part of the DC experience.

Great hotel in perfect location!

We enjoyed our stay at the Phoenix Park Hotel very much! We were able to easily get there from the train station and walk to and from many activities in the area. Friendly staff, great coffee area in the morning. Love, love, love!

Loved our stay!

Front desk staff and housekeeping were always so nice throughout our stay. Location was super convenient to Union Station. Only small negative was the walls were thin and you could hear outside noise, but it didn’t really bother us!

Clean, quiet, great location.

Very clean, quiet with comfortable beds. Great location. 10 minute walk to Nat’l Mall. Staff very courteous & helpful. Easy, quick check in & check out. Although not included in room charge, great breakfast.

Great location

The property was very clean and in a great location. My only two complaints were that we did not get a good nights sleep due to late night music every night from the bar, and both my kids fell in the tub because it was slippery. I called the front desk to see if they had a bath mat, but they didn’t and could care less.

Wonderful hotel

My grandson and I stayed here for 5 days and enjoyed it immensely! We felt welcomed, supported and safe. The room was great and housekeeping superb. Front desk and front door staff friendly and helpful. Great location! Be sure to visit the Postal Museum just across the street! My grandson loved it. I will stay here again if I return to DC. Only change I’d make would be to request a room away from the street. Nighttime noise was noticeable because I’m a light sleeper! Otherwise, everything was GREAT!!

Friend’s surprise girl trip

We had a great time. The hotel was beautiful. Staff were so nice and helpful. The room was a bit smaller than it appeared online but it was nice. It is an old building that looks to have history to it but it is all remodeled to modern day. The elevator is probably original so it’s tiny but cute. The coffee on site was phenomenal! Parking was a bit of a headache. There’s a parking garage about a block away or they offer valet. I parked in the garage and it cost 29. Even a block away it wasn’t bad and I knew my car was safe. Valet cost about 75 overnight. I didn’t know this until I received my final bill and saw the charge because my friend used the service (she thought it was includes). The restaurant in the hotel was nice, We went for a late night bite. The food was good and staff pleasant. The views from the hotel were great!

Super convenient, comfortable.

Very clean, great jumping off point to see Washington, perfect if you are coming in by rail. Love the little lounge area where you can grab a cup of coffee or whatever and regroup. Rooms are small, but who cares? It matters more to me that they are thoughtfully appointed, which these are--a little mini-cubby to hang clothes, good alarm, well lit room, good shower, etc. Restaurant on premises is pleasant and convenient (not great for vegetarians tho), but there are other places nearby too.

Amazing

Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the DC area! Cheaper than most hotels & a block away from transit (bus/metro). Also, the Dubliner is exceptional & attached to the hotel! Complimentary coffee bar on the 2nd floor was fantastic! Within walking distance to the Capitol, Library of Congress, & Supreme Court. The ONLY thing that went awry during our stay is that the shower in our room started to drain slower and slower throughout the week, so we had to take speedy showers so the water wouldn’t spill over onto the bathroom floor. Otherwise, everything was EXCEPTIONAL!!
