Sweet Joyful Home with Pool & Gym-Steps from UCLA!
This was our beloved, happy home while studying at UCLA. It's fully furnished, newly upgraded, beautiful and bright, perfect as a home away from home for individuals, couples, and small families.
The apartment features newly-installed hardwood flooring, updated appliances, and high-quality furniture. The bedroom is equipped with soundproof windows, a large walk-in closet, a queen-sized bed, and two work stations. The living room offers work/lounge areas, a TV station, a convertible sofa bed and a full-size loft bed that can be used for additional guests.
Located in the heart of Westwood Village, this apartment is within a 5 minute walk to UCLA's campus and hospitals, and a leisurely walk to numerous restaurants, coffee shops, theaters, grocery stores, shops, etc. Although right next to a bustling commercial district, it sits on a safe residential block. The property has 24-hour onsite management support, and professional cleaning & security staff. The building offers many amenities to residents including a fitness center, swimming pool, club room, game room, barbecue terrace, laundry room, etc. The apartment comes with a free, designated parking space in an access-controlled garage. Street parking is also available on surrounding residential streets.

Check-out instructions
The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please place all used linens and towels in the laundry basket, close all the windows, unplug any appliances, and turn off lights, fans, and electronic devices. Also log out of Roku if you signed in.
Please leave all keycards and extra keys inside, in the key box on the table. Take only one home key out when you exit to lock the apt door.
After locking the apt door, reaffix the lockbox to the door handle, and put the home key inside. Lock it up and randomize the code please.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
