Welcome to the Weirs -Lake View Condo - Late Check-out Sundays

With great water views from your front deck, this immaculate 3 story condo is sure to delight. Best suited for 4 guests but can sleep up to 6.

Ideally located for LACONIA BIKE WEEK!

Built in 2002, the condo has been completely updated to create a spacious layout with a brand new kitchen, dining area and a comfortable living room. A front deck overlooking the lake and a rear deck provide added space to sit and relax after a fun-filled day.

Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms, each with a Queen bed. A queen size fold out sofa bed in the living room (with privacy curtain) provides extra accommodation if needed.

In the heart of the Weirs beach area, the following are at your fingertips

Perfect spot to enjoy a week at the beach! We’ve been coming to Weir’s Beach for years (as kids and now with our own kids). This is a beautiful rental and a perfect location. Would definitely come back!

Condo at Weirs Beach

Fantastic stay at the condo. Perfectly clean and ready when we arrived and stocked with extras such as coffee, condiments and the little things easy to forget. Towels and chairs for the beach were available but we rented a pontoon boat for the lake instead. Location was perfect with a short walk to the boardwalk and beach.

Weirs Beach Gem

The Weirs-Lake View Condo was the perfect rental for two adults and two teens! The condo is immaculate, the amenities the owner Amanda provides are exceptional and the location is convenient to everything the Weirs Beach area offers. Amanda is a responsive owner who clearly takes pride in her property! I would definitely recommend her rental and would surely return again if staying in the Weirs Beach area!

Wonderful location! Beautiful home! Really well equipped, from a variety of kitchen devices, pots,pans,baking sheets, cupcake pans, coffee maker (both Keurig and regular drip) to a tray of jellies, peanut butter packets, ketchup &mustard packets, creamers and a variety of teas and coffee k-cups. Comfortable beds, great shower, wonderful outdoor chairs & table on front deck with a beautiful view of the lake. Beach towels were even provided along with beach chairs. Great washer & dryer also provided! Walking distance to waterfront and small strip of stores, an arcade and several taverns.Host was very responsive. Super easy checkin and checkout. Highly recommend!

October Trip to Laconia NH

This property is clean and well maintained with every convienence one might need provided. The owner provided everything needed to access the condo well in advance of arrival. The location was convient to the the Meridith/Center Harbor area and various area attractions. We would not hesitate to recommend this condo and would definitely return should we travel to the area in the future.

It was very clean, comfortable and with attractive decor, and very well equipped. It was well situated for exploring both the lakes area and the White Mountains. The instructions for entering the property were good. I think the only suggestion we have is that, being brits, we would have liked a teapot! Thanks for a delightful stay, Christine

New Year's Weekend Getaway!

What an amazing House!!!, the owner was beyond excellent, follow up started way before i even arrived at the House. The House was super clean, as described and huge. the location is superb central to everything. Amanda was always helpful made our stay perfect. highly recommended.

Ideal place of stay for your ski trip to Gunstock, NH

We chose this condo for post-Christmas family ski trip to Gunstock, NH, and the location couldn't have been more ideal, about 15 minute away from the ski slopes. Even though all the surroundings were covered in snow, the lake view from the dining room made you feel like you are really away. This place as shown in the pictures were modern and updated which was to our liking. With electronic entry system it was very convenient not having to pick up the keys. Even though technically the place can sleep 6 people, it felt comfortable for our family of 3. The place is ideal for a nuclear family (2 adults plus kids). A few things that would have pushed my stay to 5 stars includes full cable (there was Roku box plus other options), an option to pay cleaning fee instead of the required Property Damage Protection and more kid-friendly furniture. It felt rushed the day of departure having to do some of the cleaning as outlined before 10am, and with my 3-year-old having ivory fabric dining chairs (2 of them) felt like I had to be very watchful. All in all, I'd definitely consider coming back again, possibly during the summer months.

Please note that check out is currently 10.30am not 10am. Although we do not offer cable, we do offer a wide variety of channels on the Roku box, including Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Showtime, HBO, FXNow, AMC, Starz, the CW, Lifetime, Freeform, News plus several channels for children. In total 79 channels are available. There are also limited free to air TV channels and a DVD player with some DVD's supplied and a Red Box across the road. The furnishings are as they appear in our listing photos.

Dean and Amanda , together with their 2 sons, moved from Australia to Massachusetts in 2005. What was meant to be a 3 year stay became a permanent one as we fell in love with the New England Area. Recently we relocated to New Hampshire. Dean works in high tech and Amanda is a retired high school Biology teacher who now manages property. Both our boys are making their own way in the world so we are empty nesters.

Why they chose this property

We love a water view and being close to the action and activities. When we saw this condo it had everything we wanted and it was fully renovated. The Lake Winnipesaukee area had so much to offer that we knew this was the place to be.

The view of the lake from the dining room table and front deck is spectacular and the short walk to everything makes this condo very special.
