Longer term school-year rentals are also possible for visiting faculty.

There are two large bedrooms with queen-sized beds (with new memory foam mattresses), plus a third flex space with a twin sized day bed and trundle, and small desk.

There are two bathrooms, one in the hallway and the other attached to the rear bedroom, both with shower over tub combinations.

The kitchen appliances are all recently updated, and include a fridge, oven/range, and dishwasher. There is a washer and dryer and all of the essentials, such as linens and towels, toilet paper, and cleaning supplies are provided.
