This elegant 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom Mexican Colonial style Villa is the perfect spot to spend your Riviera May vacation.

The impressive entrance into Villa Maravilla is very welcoming with its own fountain in the courtyard. You will enjoy the feeling of both Mexican Colonial architecture and modern living. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with a center work island and a kitchen counter bar that sits 5. An elegant dining room right off the kitchen has a beautiful view of the backyard patio, private swimming pool and a view of the Puerto Aventuras golf course. The living room/TV room has lots of seating space for all your traveling group to gather. The spacious living room is also facing the beautiful back yard/pool area. There is a full bathroom on the main floor and a main floor bedroom with a king size bed. It has its own balcony facing the courtyard.

On the second floor are 3 more beautiful bedrooms each having their own private balconies. The master bedroom is an experience in its self. Very large with an amazing bathroom. All three 2nd floor bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. One bathroom has a jetted hot tub while another bathroom has a shower with two rainforest shower heads. All the bathrooms have beautiful marble throughout. The comfortable king size beds and lovely linens are a dream to sleep in.

The 5th bedroom has its own entrance way separate from the main Villa. It is located in the courtyard. This bedroom studio has its own kitchenette and marble ensuite bathroom. There are two single beds that are put together to make a king bed and a single bed. It is the perfect bedroom if you wish to have your own space.

The Villa has beautiful woodwork throughout the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. Gorgeous marble, rod iron, and arched wooden doors have been used throughout the Villa.

In the backyard there is a large covered dining area so you can enjoy the wonderful weather of this area. There is a wet bar and an outdoor shower as well. A charcoal grill is ready for your use. The 2 level heated swimming pool is waiting for you and your guests to enjoy.

Look no further!

This place is even better than described. You’re in your own little community with many shops, restaurants and excursions within walking distance from the villa. There’s also a dolphin discovery within the community. You can enjoy watching dolphins while you eat lunch. Everyone was so friendly and nice including Carlos, the property manager. We had a hard time getting a can one day and he got it arranged for us, no problem. Lorraine/Lars were also amazing answering all my questions leading up to the trip. We’re going to do everything we can to come back next year and stay at a different property of theirs. I highly recommend this place!

Amazing family stay and wedding

We rented Villa Sarita and Villa Maravilla for my daughter's wedding. I had so much hope that the location and villas would provide a perfect place for this special day and we were not disappointed! The wedding and family vacation time was more than I could have hoped for. The villas are absolutely gorgeous. Photos really do not do them justice. Lorraine and Valerie (property managers and wedding planner) were so helpful. I sent so many email inquiries throughout the months before the wedding as I had a million questions and requests. They were always prompt in answering every time and never made me feel like I was a burden. When we arrived, Valerie met with me to go over each detail and was able to problem solve and help with anything we needed. The wedding was gorgeous and such a fun time for everyone! We could not have made this happen without Lorraine and Valerie's help and we are all so grateful! The week before the wedding, we found lots of great things to do together as a family (snorkeling in the cenotes, a catamaran ride to snorkel in the ocean, swimming in the pool, paddle boarding in the beautiful ocean and more. Puerto Aventuras felt absolutely safe (even for the young ones that stayed out late) and is filled with food and music in the evenings. I highly recommend this place for family gatherings or a wedding! We are more than pleased and will really miss Valerie (unfortunately we did not have the pleasure of meeting Lorraine as she was out of town). Thank you both so much for everything!!!

Pictures don’t do this place Justice. Amazing house near town with plenty of room for large groups. Carlos was very helpful and can arrange and guide you for anything you need.

Wonderful hosts, great house

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Maravilla. Everyone we met was extremely helpful, especially Lorraine and Carlos. We had some back luck with appliances, but every small issue was handled quickly and thoroughly. We will be back!

Great House

Lorraine’s description of the house was spot on. The Manager Carlos was very responsive and there to great us. Each day Carlos checked on us and assisted with several reservations. I would definitely rent this house again and I recommend doing business with Lorraine and Carlos!

This home is awesome!!

We spent 6 days in this lovely home and we did not want to leave. Carlos the property manager was just awesome. He gave us the tour of the community and told us where we can find everything and anything we needed. We will definitely be looking to stay here again as the home was absolutely perfect for our party of 11.

Lovely property in Puerto Aventuras!

This was a lovely property for our party of seven people over the Christmas/New Year's holiday. It was a short walk or golf cart ride to restaurants and shops in Puerto Aventuras. All four bedrooms in the main house were spacious and each had its own bathroom. There was an additional casita with a private kitchenette/bedroom/bath. All areas were air conditioned. The kitchen was well-equipped. We spent the majority of our time as a family in the outdoor lanai/pool area, which had a large table for dining and playing games, as well as chaises for sunning and a separate seating area. Plenty of space inside and outside the house to come together as a group or to have individual space as required. Everything was beautifully kept and the owner was very attentive to our needs. We very much enjoyed this relaxing environment and would highly recommend. We will be back!

Excelentes vacaciones !!!

Muy recomendable, excelentes instalaciones ,habitaciones amplias y acogedoras . Mi experiencia fue muy agradable desde mi llegada me sentí como en casa , el ambiente es muy tranquilo y relajante; el área de la alberca es el adecuado si viajas con pequeños y para los adultos también ya que es grande y los camastros muy cómodos. Ademas puedes hacer unas carnes asadas fácilmente ya que cuentan con el equipo a tu disposición!!! El personal se esmera en la limpieza de la casa en general y te pueden preparar platillos deliciosos . Definitivamente volveré muy pronto !!!

EXPERIENCE & Wedding of our DREAMS!!!

Our stay at Casa Sarita and MaraVilla was unbelievable! Everything exceeded our expectations and we cannot be grateful enough for the beauty of the Villas, the helpfulness and friendliness of EVERYONE who was involved in our stay (Valerie the property manager and concierge, Philipe the chef and his two daughters, the wonderful cleaning staff), and how special everyone made our Special Day. My husband and I had the wedding of our dreams at the Villas with our family and friends. WE had 23 of us stay in the two Villas right next to each other and it was the perfect set up. Everyone involved went out of there way with each thing we requested. We gave menus to the chef of what meals we would like prepared, and we even gave him a very personalized grocery shopping list which he shopped out for us - gluten and dairy free - anything you request!! The chef even made our special dark chocolate dairy free coconut balls into a tower as our wedding cake,.. magical! It is so beautiful and so clean. You feel like you're in paradise! Valerie is always around to help with anything you need and if she is not around, she is just a phone call away. Valerie linked us up with every thing we needed from flowers to activities - we went on fishing and snorkeling trips, swam with the dolphins, she showed us the beautiful beaches, tips for the best ruins and cenotes and tours in the area.. everything! These Villas are better than you could imagine. Pictures only give you an idea of just how gorgeous they are but once you get there, you will have your breath taken away :))))))!!!! Honestly, I want to live there. It was sad for all of us to leave! The estate that the Villas are situated in is so stunning and safe, like a resort of its own which it is. It has restaurants, a golf course, dolphins and sea lions and manatees, beaches, and all sorts of water activities. It is safe for kids to walk and wonder around by themselves. If you are looking to have you wedding at the Villas like we did, you will have the wedding of your dreams :)! Or if you are looking for a place just to relax and feel pampered, or for a family reunion or even a honeymoon - this is IT!!! And to top it off.. Valerie and the team surprised my husband and I with rose petals strewn all over our bedroom floor, hearts everywhere, two towel swans on the bed! They just made the room "just-married' PERFECT! Valerie and team - we LOVE you and we miss you already!!! Love Nicole & Patrick x

This is a place to be for a vacation!

My family and I had such a great time in this Villa at Puerto Aventuras. This property is located on a gorgeous area, close to the beach and marina. Very secure. The villa has enormous bed rooms, you are comfortable as your own house. Nice furniture, the kitchen is provided with everything you need. The pool looks very inviting. Certainly We will come back for our next family vacation.

Stunning honeymoon suite

My husband rented the master suite of this stunning villa for the night of our wedding. When we arrived in the evening there was a path of hearts and roses leading to the bed room and all around the suite, it was so romantic and beautiful. Thank you Lorraine for making that night so special for us.
