Wonderful property in a great neighborhood. Easy walk to the grocery stores and local restaurants and bars. My only issue was it appeared the individuals who stayed there before us caused some damage and the owners didn't have enough time to make all of the necessary repairs (e.g. the shower shelves weren't secured in the wall.) Some you expect at a short term rental, yet some inconvenient. The staff was however was very responsive and the place itself was great. I'd definitely recommend and return again!

Overall we had a great stay. Very convenient and easy commute to downtown about 10 to 15 minutes. The east nashville area was easily walkable with many restaurants and bars very close. The units were clean. The beds comfortable. The kitchens were stocked with essentials. We had a lot of room in the 2 units for our group of 15. And 2 dogs.Careful with the showers water sprayed outside the shower with only a half glass door. The floor gets WET. The bar located beside the units had a band that played till 2 am. Overall a great location ( yes I would recommend) just don't plan on getting sleep before the drive home

Fifteen people and two dogs comfortably housed with East Nashville on foot, is a win! Thanks for the honest notes on the showers and late-night music, both were shared with our team. We'd love to have the whole crew back, earplugs ready!
