Top of Top of the Gulf! The view goes on forever from this 8th floor unit. This nautical-themed studio is located in a beach-front high-rise on South Thomas Drive. This unit sleeps 4 on 2 queen beds. Fire Department regulations limit the number of occupants in this unit to 4. No pets. These policies are enforced by our HOA. Our condo has a fully-equipped kitchen with a stove, refrigerator with ice-maker, microwave, dishes and pots and pans. The condo features WIFI, large TV with DVD player, as well as a sitting area with couch and recliner, and a dining area with seating for 4. Please note: There are no individual balconies at Top of the Gulf. THIS UNIT DOES NOT HAVE A PRIVATE BALCONY. This is STUDIO Unit, similar to a hotel room.

Come sit in our big chair, look for the turtles in our pools, and sit up on our roof-top deck at sunset! Our snack bar is open for the season, with adult beverages for Mom and Dad. Walk to Tootsie's or Pineapple Willie's. Top of the Gulf is the condo that just keeps getting better and better.
This unit is suitable for 4 people. Primary renter must be 21 years of age. No smoking of any type, including vaping. No pets.
The condominium is located in the heart of Panama City Beach, and is within walking distance to Pineapple Willie's, Juan Taco, shopping, golfing, and other activities. There is an age restriction of 21 years old for singles, and it is strictly enforced. This condominium unit is a NON-SMOKING Unit. This includes vaping, medical marijuana, and e-cigarettes.(Smoking allowed in designated outdoor areas.) Smoking in the unit, or any other deviations from the rules of Top of the Gulf (including failure to occupy the room without advanced notice) will lead to a forfeiture of the deposit. We do not allow pets. By sending the deposit, you are agreeing to these simple conditions.

This family oriented condominium complex has a large pool, baby pool, seasonal snack bar, and a massive sundeck overlooking one of the most beautiful beaches on the Emerald Coast.
Come on down and get away. Don't spend all your money on a big condo that you won't be sitting in anyway! Save that money and spend it on the restaurants, Zooworld, and the other sights around!

The primary renter MUST be 21 years of age and on-sight (no absentee parents renting). Drivers' Licenses are checked in the HOA office. Parking/Resort Pass and wristbands obtained in the HOA office with a $30 fee, cash or credit card. Parking limited to one vehicle per unit. Overflow parking available off-sight.

This condo was perfect for 2. Cyndi was friendly and communicative. We really appreciated the fact that it came with 2 beach chairs. I've stayed at Top of the Gulf many times, and will continue to come back. The snack shack by the pool had some great & delicious options too!

The property is super clean and well kept. The room was also very clean and updated but it was a bit on the smaller size. The layout is all one room but it was plenty of space for the 2 of us. We loved the boardwalk to the beach!

Amazing condo !

Work Trip

We came down for a work trip and were there for 4 days. I was expecting it to be more like a hotel room but the room was decorated so nice. It had plenty of room, everything was clean, the view was amazing, and the beds were almost more comfortable than mine. The shower was very nice as well. We had a really nice stay and it was close to everything. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had as well.

Our family has always enjoyed Panama City Beach and now, as a family, own several properties here at Top of the Gulf. Unit 801 is owned by me, Allen, and my sister, Cyndi. Together, as a team, we answer inquiries, set up rentals, fix problems, and overall, try to ensure that your family will have a great stay at PCB.

Why they chose this property

Top of the Gulf is a smaller complex, therefore, our stretch of the beach is less crowded. Our complex is very family oriented, beach-front, and centrally located. Our property is continually being upgraded by our dedicated owners and just keeps getting better and better. Shuffle board, game room, small gym for working out. Our roof top (over the snack bar) is a great place to bring a beverage and watch the sunset.

What makes this property unique

Our location is very convenient to attractions, walking distance to Pineapple Willies and a great little taco shop, Juan Taco, at Laketown Wharf. Signal Hill Golf Course is just down the street! Wonderful little ice cream shop and pizza joint (really good!) just to the right of the property. We offer a great snack bar during the summer. We also offer complimentary beach chairs during the summer.
