Cozy Downtown Condo on the River! Walk to Broadway and Germantown!

Fantastic 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo located within walking distance to Broadway/Honky Tonks, Germantown, Nissan Stadium, Bridgestone Arena, Nashville Sounds, walking and biking paths. The condo is fully equipped with all the amenities, full kitchen and offers a fantastic view of the river! We have complimentary covered parking right next to the condo. Staying at this condo gives you access to a pool, workout facility, and washer/dryer. The riverside pool is open from May to Labor Day!
