Very pleased and would definitely stay again. Hosts graciously allowed us to check in a little early. Very clean and we had everything we needed. Nice view out the back. A mile from Broadway was great.
Cute place, perfect for what we needed. Furniture and bed was comfortable. It had all the basics we needed.

Thank you so much, Cyndi! We’re happy to hear the place was a perfect fit for your stay and that you found everything comfortable and convenient. You were a wonderful guest, and we’d be happy to host you again anytime!
The location is awesome. You can walk to Broadway in 15-20 mins. There was a bar called Jonathan's just a couple blocks away that had pretty good food and drinks. It was so nice to have a place to chill out away from all the hustle and bustle. The balcony was probably our favorite spot. There is a family of ground hogs that came by often to munch on clovers. The living room future was really nice and comfy. The kitchen was equipped for vacationers. The bath tub could use some work. It was peeling and old. Otherwise, no complaints. I also appreciated the ear plugs because the train is right on the other side of the parking lot. If I'm ever in Nashville again, I would come back.
Great location in Nashville. The place was well taken care of, and good communication from the hosts.

We loved the little balcony and how close it was to everything we wanted to do. We felt very safe in the area and on the grounds. The neighbors were friendly and enjoyed the view of the river.

Thank you so much for choosing our condo for your Nashville trip and for your thoughtful review!
Please come back anytime!
Great little place on the River. Easy walk to Broadway. Never felt unsafe. My husband also was having some back issues so we went to the chiropractor (Sweeney) who owned the unit. We definitely recommend him if you need chiro services.
Great central location. Great bed but uncomfortable couch. Overall a good stay.

Too far to walk to music row for us. Also, too much construction going on around that area.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry the distance to Music Row and the nearby construction affected your stay. While the neighborhood is growing quickly, most guests enjoy its vibrant energy and find it just a short drive or rideshare to Music Row and other attractions. We appreciate your comments and will continue to share accurate location details so future guests can plan accordingly.
Perfect condo for a couple. Within walking distance (about a mile) to Broadway on a well traveled route. Very clean and has everything we needed for a trip to Nashville.

Thank you so much for choosing our condo for your Nashville trip and for your thoughtful review!
Awesome stay! River view was very entertaining with the barges and such. Awesome location - i rode the lime scooters all week, never drove my truck. Comfy, cozy, quiet, and safe. Ill definitely be back to Nashville, and will definitely return if this unit is available!
This condo is a great place to drop your things and go. Conveniently located to a trail that takes you on a quick walk downtown and several restaurants within walking distance. Space was comfortable with 2 people. Couch not super comfortable to sleep on but there is a pull out bed in a closet that is comfortable. Space a little dark—several lamps help lighten it up. Hosts very responsive.
We really enjoyed our stay in Nashville for the Bitcoin Conference. This was a great location to make it easy to get to and from the Music City Center. Great food close by like Toastique, The Goat and TailGate Brewery. The place was nice and comfortable. It has everything we needed. Wish I had known how close we were to the minor league baseball field. Would've been fun to go to a game and see the Friday night fireworks. Next time!
We stayed here as a family of 3 - me, my husband, and my 20-year-old son. The listing did not indicate that the only bathroom was an en suite to the bedroom. This meant that my son had to come into our room when he wanted to use the bathroom. Also, the listing says there is a washer, but this is not actually in the flat. The last thing was the noise. The AC unit was very noisy - there were ear plugs provided, so it's a known issue. Again, there was no mention of this in the listing. We enjoyed the pool and the location was quite good, but this wasn't a great choice for us.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the pool and location. Our listing and photos show that the bathroom is connected to the bedroom, and the washer is noted as “on-site,” meaning it’s available in the complex but not inside the unit itself. We’d also like to note that the couch and cot were damaged during this stay, which required repairs after checkout. We’ll continue to double-check the listing details so everything remains clear for future guests.
This condo is located in a somewhat questionable neighborhood next to a criminal detention center and definitely quite a trek to the bars and eateries. Also, the condo is located up multiple stairs, from the parking area, without an elevator. Definitely not a condo for the disabled or frail population. Condo itself was clean and nicely decorated. There is an open patio out back with a view of the river. Unfortunately it was covered with spiders and spider webs.

Thank you for your review. Our condo is located in a great up and coming area and it’s about a mile away from Broadway and less than half a mile to Germantown and it’s delicious restaurants. The detention building is no longer occupied but it has never been an issue in terms of safety. There’s currently a fire station on the other side of the building. There’s no elevator in the building but it states so in the listing description. Since the condo is on the river, it’s impossible to keep the spiders and bugs away. My cleaning crew, however, cleans the balcony every time a guest checks out.
Unit was clean and nice view of river and a fairly easy walk to downtown. It was fairly noisy because of the construction going on adjacent to this property which started early and continued until dark. The railroad tracks are next to this property and were also noisy. The overall look and feel of the property is very industrial and cold with a lot of concrete block and steel fencing. Definitely not warm and cozy. The kitchen was well equipped. The furnishings were sparse and felt very cheap. The couch was uncomfortable and the little high top table felt cheap and it was impossible to get the 2 chairs around it to stay high enough for them to be useful. The TV was large and had lots of programming choices. For some reason it was located in front of a large mirror on the wall. The bed was fairly comfortable but the linens were thin and cheap. The shower is a tub with a shower. I would have preferred a walk-in style shower without the flimsy shower curtains. Overall, it seemed like the unit was furnished with the cheapest items available. It’s not the kind of place you can imagine living in. In fact, we left this place and spent the last two nights in a hotel that was smaller and less money but more comfortable.

Hi Dave,
Thank you for sharing your thoughts about your stay. We’re pleased to hear you appreciated the cleanliness of the unit, the well-equipped kitchen, and the convenient location with views of the river and easy access to downtown.
We do our best to provide an accurate description and photos of the property so guests know exactly what to expect — including the industrial design and proximity to downtown, which some guests love for its urban feel and convenience. Unfortunately, occasional construction noise and train activity in the area are outside our control, but we understand that can be bothersome to some visitors.
We take pride in maintaining a comfortable and welcoming space and will certainly keep your comments in mind as we continue to make improvements. We’re glad you found aspects of your stay enjoyable, and we wish you the best in your future travels.
