Relax in this tranquil space in a central location, just a 5-minute walk from Santa Maria Novella Station and the Florence Cathedral, right next to the Central Market of San Lorenzo, a historic market with famous street stalls where you can see and purchase typical handcrafted items from Florence, in the heart of the city.
The house consists of 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. Three double bedrooms, one with a king-size bed, one with a queen-size bed, and two single beds. It has two bathrooms, both with showers, and is a comfortable and practical accommodation, ideal for groups of friends and families.
The living area has a dining table and television; the kitchenette is equipped with modern appliances: stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishes, and a drip coffee machine. Washing machine and dryer, and Wi-Fi connection are available for guests. Air conditioning and TV in all bedrooms. A set of towels, disposable slippers, and bed linens is provided for each guest.
Located on the third floor of a historic building without an elevator. The neighborhood is characteristic of Florence, close to major services, restaurants, and typical shops; all major city attractions can be easily reached on foot.

Hi, We are Alessio and Joe, born in Florence, sons of an American and Napoletan Artists.
Why they chose this property
Our parents bought this apartment in the 80's, because they fell in love with Florence and its Art. We lived there up to a few years ago. It is in a very folkloristic part of the city, near the big San Lorenzo Market and just behind the San Lorenzo Dome, that gives the name to the apartment.
What makes this property unique
The entire apartment was tared down and redone, designed and made, from the wood to the welding, painting ecc by my brother and I. It took more than a year and with no few unforeseen events, but we managed to finish it! All the spaces are made to save space and to be very practical. All the "furniture" is on the wall, just the inevitable is touching ground, making spaces more open and less full so the persons who live them can freely relax without a oppressive feeling.
