Breezy Does It is your home away from home! This luxury 1 bedroom/2 bathroom unit has EVERYTHING AND MORE to make your stay perfect. Whether you want to unwind on your balcony or spend your days in the sand, this unit will give you everything needed to make your stay perfect. More about the space:

A comfortable king bed can be found in the Master Bedroom. Twin hall bunks are the perfect sleeping space for your younger children, and a brand-new memory foam Queen sleeper sofa gives you extra space to accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably.


The Master bedroom has an attached bathroom complete with walk-in shower. The guest bathroom includes a bathtub and shower, and each bathroom is equipped with linens and starter toiletries.


The living area is an open-concept design that allows for easy entertaining while also enjoying the view from your front glass doors. Enjoy a home-cooked meal in the fully equipped kitchen and be sure to take advantage of the complimentary K cups, creamer and sugar during your stay.

Royal Palms is full of amenities for you to enjoy! Guests have access to the outdoor pool on those double-red flag days and there is also an indoor pool for those cooler days. Enjoy the hot tub, steam room, and sauna for extra luxurious accommodations.

We've also outfitted the unit with everything you need to enjoy your beach day. Guests are welcome to use the complimentary beach towels, chairs, and cooler, and there may even be a boogie board or two! For those who want to rent chairs and umbrellas, the beach attendant is located immediately in front of the unit, so you don't have to travel far to rent for a day or the length of your stay.

Please note that parking is $60 per vehicle, with a maximum of 2 vehicles for each stay. No boat or trailer parking is allowed on site.

Great time!

We enjoyed our stay! This unit was close to the beach and Gulf State Park. The king bed was comfy and we had everything we need for a great vacation. Good restaurants were close by, too!

Great location of condo

We enjoyed staying at this condo. The location is perfect and less crowded on the beach. The condo was as listed. Very nice! The master bed sleeps wonderful.

Great condo and great location!

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. Everything we needed was there. The condo was clean, has a great view and a great location. The location is next to the pier, so no large condos on one side, which we felt was a plus. We were also able to walk to some restaurants and shops.The host was very responsive, check in and check out procedures were very clear.Highly recommend!!

Quick getaway

We have stayed at royal palms several times and always love the location. First time at this particular condo. The rental was very clean and orderly. Everything in the condo was of great quality. The layout was great. And we loved the patio furniture, a big plus for our group. Just all around good stuff which makes for an enjoyable stay. 2 adults and a 5 year old. He loves the bunk beds. We’ll definitely stay here again for as long as he can still fit on them!
