We stayed here with another family for a baseball tournament at boombah sports complex. The house has a great location. Everything was clean and easy for us to check in and out.
One of the best lines of communication with a host and easiest check in and check out process I’ve experienced. Plenty of space in common areas and very clean. 100% would stay again.
This property was a good deal for what my group used it for: a two-night stay to visit an event at the Oviedo mall. For the price, the number of rooms and the amenities were great! Unfortunately, since this is an older house, it has its share of issues (hard-to-open back doors, fire alarm beeps low battery when the AC is running). It's Florida, so be ready for bugs. I advised the host the bathrooms need floor mats; thankfully plenty of towels and a very nice washer/dryer are provided. The host was friendly when responsive, but not as quick at responding as I would have preferred. Overall, a fine stay if you're looking to not break the bank but still have beds for almost a dozen people.
Three families stayed at Jeremy's place for a three day weekend soccer showcase at the nearby Seminole Soccer Complex. Besides being extremely convenient to the sports park, the home was exactly what we needed to make sure that our families (four adults and three teens) were comfortable and able to prepare for and unwind after each of our games. I would not hesitate to recommend this home to anyone looking for a nice, laid back location and setup for this purpose.
We came to Orlando for a family wedding. The house was great for our family. It was nice to be able to spread out and enjoy the space. The front bedroom was a little warm comparatively to the rest of the home. The teens loved challenging each other to the video games in that room though.
We also enjoyed using the poker chips for some family fun betting but glad we had a deck of cards in the car as there weren’t any on site.
The owner communicated well and timely.
The hot tub, although small for our large family of 5, we took turns and all enjoyed the relaxation.

Very Disappointing Rental
Rented for 5 nights with 5 adult males. Property is poorly maintained in a marginal to poor neighborhood. Mattresses were either worn out or broken. Chairs on back patio were wrapped and held together with duct tape! Yards were not maintained and covered with oak leaves and pollen. Only one trash bag provided. Kitchen was poorly stocked with utinsels, etc. Dishwasher was not mounted and fell out of cabinets when opened. We didn't expect the Ritz but this house fell very short of expectations due to poor quality of furnishings and repair/maintenance.

Thank you for your feedback. I’ve fixed the issue with the dishwasher, thank you for letting me know.
Several things you mention are either out of my control or shouldn’t matter: like the house being in a marginal to poor neighborhood. Are you saying that poor people are bad? The lawn is mowed once a week. Outside of that I can’t help how often the large oak tree drops it’s leaves and pollen.
The mattresses are just fine. There’s nothing wrong with any of them. The patio furniture is wicker and although there are a few broken spots that have been repaired with duct tape the furniture is not held together by it.
FWIW the renters were not good. They didn’t follow checkout procedures, they broke the house rules and even one or two things in the house itself. Funny how they didn’t take any responsibility for any of that.
