Welcome to the West Side! Just a stones throw to the Copperhead Stadium, this home is perfect for catching a game.

The Black Diamond Bungalow has a mid-century modern twist, with updates and a fresh look found throughout the home.

You'll be just a few minutes to Main Street or a round of golf at Old Works Golf Course. Drive just 25 mins and you'll arrive at Georgetown Lake & Ski Discovery. Head over to the charming town of Philipsburg to visit the candy store or try your hand at gem mining.

Enter into this tudor-style home to find an updated 1940s home, with room for the whole family to hang out. Through the comfortable great room, you'll find a fully-stocked kitchen with all the essentials for cooking a full meal. Out the kitchen door to the backyard, you'll find a gas grill, outdoor dining area and room for your pup to roam.

Turn on the twinkle lights to enjoy an evening in the hot tub, or relax with a beverage on the outdoor furniture (season permitting).

There are two bedrooms on the main floor, both featuring a comfy king-sized bed and large walk-in closet. There is a shared full bathroom.
