The Space:
Experience Texas Wine Country in a wine country estate designed and built by a California wine making family. When you stay at Calivence Haus, you will stay in a luxurious and expansive home with five bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms and king beds, with two of these bedrooms being master suites. Enjoy gourmet meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with high-end appliances and a reverse osmosis water purifier at the main sink, or take advantage of the gas grill for outdoor dining. Relax by the indoor and outdoor fireplaces, or gather around the large dining table with family and friends. The home also includes a front living room/bar area and a den with a Peloton. With a garage available and picturesque details throughout, Calivence Haus promises a truly luxurious stay that exceeds expectations. Located 3 mins away from Main Street wine tasting rooms, shopping and restaurants. At Calivence Haus you will experience the family's estate wines and farm shoppe items with your stay.
Your stay includes a complimentary gift basket from the family showcasing their estate wines, olive oil, honey, lavender oil, curated foods from their farm Shoppe all grown on their California wine estate nestled in Santa Barbara wine country.

- Smart TV's: one located each bedroom, one located in the front family room/bar area and one outside above the fireplace

- Peloton: The bike is available for use only by those who are already familiar with it and have their own equipment (such as shoes and weights) as well as a personal account/login. Please note that we do not provide a login or equipment for the Peloton.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire house, attached garage and backyard. Access to home is by keypad code. Guests will not have access to the detached garage/apartment (this is used by the homeowners only)

This house is 1.5 miles (3 min drive) away from Main Street. We do offer Luxury Private Transportation Services, please reach out to us directly for details and scheduling!

- This property is not suitable for children/infants. Must be 12 years or older.
- This property is not pet-friendly.
- No Smoking Allowed
- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments.
- Security Cameras: The property is equipped with 5 exterior cameras with audio. One is positioned at the front door, monitoring the front porch. Another is under the covered walkway, overseeing the driveway and side door. A third camera is on the back left side, covering the back driveway area near the detached garage. The fourth camera is on the far right corner, monitoring the front yard and street. The fifth camera is located on the back far right, keeping an eye on the side of the house and that portion of the yard.
