Charming 3-bedroom house in welcoming Skitača with AC, WiFi
Welcome to LeMareVita, a lovingly renovated holiday house with a soul, nestled in the heart of Skitaca. This charming old rustic Croatian vibe house , offers a unique blend of traditional charm and modern comfort. Lovingly restored by a passionate couple, every corner of the house reflects their dedication to preserving its heritage while providing all the amenities needed for a relaxing getaway. Just 5 minutes from the sea, with beautiful seaside view and endless sunsets.
The space
The house features two floors. The first floor includes a spacious kitchen connected to the living room and a toilet. Upstairs, the second floor comprises two bedrooms with double beds and a third bedroom with two single beds.
On the entrance is big and beautiful terrace with sea view and quiet nature surroundings.
Other things to note
Place is ideal for hiking and biking routes.
Additionally, house its nomadic friendly becouse of the high speed starlink wich allows guest to work from home.
Sea is 10 km away from the house.
