With 3 bedrooms including 1 king bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms, a cozy living room, kitchen with appliances, one bathroom on first floor, this welcoming property ensures an enjoyable experience. Kickback, relax, and enjoy the peace and quiet of a dead end street with a sandy beach to access. Stunning nature in a simple cottage setting. Lake living and bugs/spiders are part of daily life. We do our best to treat them but are seasonally pesky!

You can leave the key on the table inside the door upon leaving. Trash bags can be placed in the garbage can by the shed. You can leave used linens stripped from the bed on the floor.
Towels can be left on the back of the bathroom door.

Very cute, quiet neighborhood. Loved being by the lake and listening to waves. Very comfortable rooms. A smaller house but perfect for what we needed. Appreciated how communicative the host was.

Beautiful location

This house is such a gem, right on the water and perfect for families. I stayed with my four children (ages ranging from 4 months to 7 years old) for Labor Day weekend and we had the best time, they absolutely loved this property!

Everything was clean however there were lots of spider webs with spiders in the corners. Upstairs there were tons of lady bugs around the air conditioner one day. They cam in through the opening of the window air conditioner because it was not put in tightly. Blinds in master bedroom could not be pulled up.There was no toaster.There was no washing machine. Only dryer.Light above oven was out. We loved the backyard table and chairs and hammock. Loved the decor. loved the ceiling fans in each room. Needed some more kitchen things for cooking. tops for pots. Beautiful neighborhood and view. Very cute.

Short weekend stay

The house was a nice with enough room for the amount of family I had for the weekend. It just needed a little bit more cleanness. Also needed a little more blankets and sheets. It was very breezy near the water and at times the house got a little chilly. It had what we needed to make a pasta dinner

Cozy lake house with stunning views of the sunrise.

Loved our stay at this beautiful lake house. It’s cozy yet spacious. The neighborhood is quiet and neighbors are friendly. The back yard is perfect for sitting by the water and enjoying the sounds of the waves or spending quality time with the family. There’s plenty of outdoor seating for everyone including a hammock for relaxing. The beds are very comfortable especially the king bed in the master bedroom. Best I’ve experienced so far. The hosts are very responsive and had great recommendations for restaurants. Loved the Arlington and Blue Barn. We will definitely stay again.

We have loved this cottage for many years as a place to share with family and friends. Quiet neighborhood, birds galore and plenty of peace and quiet.

Why they chose this property

It is a quiet dead end street great for walking and bike riding. The Braddock Point lighthouse is around the corner. You can launch a kayak from the sandy beach. The front of the house has a two foot breakwall and is not designed for water access. There is a firepit for use.

What makes this property unique

The lake views from the front yard, living room and kitchen. It is a gorgeous east facing view. Sunrises are brilliant. Great sunsets looking northwest as well. Birds and wildlife galore.
