Note the following: during winter months (Nov-March) there is a $75/day surcharge for pool/spa heat. Fall and Spring rate is $50 night, Summer (Jun-Sept) rate is $25/day.

I normally don’t leave bad review but this is the worst experience for our family gateway. Overall of the property is terrible. The house is very dirty, dusty, junk everywhere and most importantly there are roaches everywhere from living, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and even the laundry area. The kids were screaming their head when they saw it. It was supposedly an enjoyable experience for Thanksgiving gateway. The house listed as 4 bed 2 bath; however, it is only has 3 bed and 2 bath. When I asked the host he stated one of the room is described as storage room but it is not (see attached). I was charged for the 4 bedrooms price. If I have known the house only comes with 3 bedrooms I would not have booked this place. I can find a better price for 3 bedrooms ppp
