All folding tables & chairs put away If any furniture was moved, please return the spaces to how you found them. Remove all decor, florals and personal belongings. Pick up and remove all trash
Strip all linens from beds and bring up to the laundry bins in the barn hallway Leave pillows and comforters on beds Fold used blankets and place in bins in barn hallway Sweep inside of Yurts and Yome
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Weddings and larger parties/gatherings can be booked outside of this platform.

Fantastic space and area

We really appreciated the personal touch that Tim and Pam provided given all of the logistics and questions that we had. They were awesome to work with. The Sanctuary Farm is a wonderful location and we really enjoyed being able to learn more about living off the land. Thank you for all you did for our group!

Thank you Michael! It was a pleasure hosting your campers and all the camp leaders! You guys were incredibly resilient, in the face of storms and power outages. In the face of those, you somehow cooked, in Dutch Ovens over an open flame, the most delicious cobblers we've ever tasted. Blessings to you all!

Family retreat

Sanctuary Farm is gorgeous! The fabulous autumn colors surrounded us as we walked the paths. Their beautiful horse grazed in the yard. The goats, chickens, vegetable gardens, and the huge pond added to the tranquility. We had a gathering of friends on Saturday evening. The house and grounds were perfect for entertaining. Tim and Megan took great care of us, including providing a bonfire for us. We plan to return.

What a great privilege to host your beautiful family! Seeing granddad catch bass in the pond, you and your college kids exercise and take (cold!) plunges in the pond, family circles around the fire, etc was heartwarming and exactly how we hoped this place would be enjoyed. We look forward to having you back any time!
