Beautiful area with great amenities

Let me first say it was very hot while we were there. The loft area didn't cool down until after midnight. We think the ac unit is undersized for the condo. We bought a fan for upstairs because it was so uncomfortable. The cleaning could have been improved in the kichen, refrigerator and floor.

Thank you for letting us know, we will be sure to look into that. Regarding the cleaning, we apologize that it was not as good as it could be, it is something that we work towards everyday. We hope to see you again the next time you are in the St. Augustine area!

Nothing to report

Due to the shortage of cleaning we waited an additional 2 hours then the room was not clean. I have a list I will be reporting to Ocean Gallery, it is not good either. Other than spending a day cleaning everything else was wonderful. I am not writing a review due to the owners, it is not their fault for unclean condo.
