I’m sorry the website and in-unit information didn’t cover beach rental details, armband rules, or the starter supply inventory, and that the on-site team wasn’t able to help. We’ll update the online listing and welcome packet with clear instructions on beach rentals, armband specifications, and a list of provided supplies, and we’ll review this with the office staff so they can answer guest questions. I’m glad the gulf views, kitchen, laundry, internet, and the convenience of separate condo/common‑area codes worked well for your stay — and that the pelicans made the experience memorable. Thanks for the suggestion; I’ve passed along a note to update the listing to mention the frequent bird activity. I’m sorry about the second bathroom shower head and the mold around the base of the master shower. I’ve reported both items to the owner and maintenance and asked housekeeping to address the mold and inspect/repair the shower diverter and seals. We’ll also review the listing and house manual to clarify the Lighthouse early‑hours policies so future guests can plan accordingly.
