Location was nice, but we went during peak season in July and paid over 600 per night. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, thin and squeaky every time I turned over. Then mosquitoes got in the living room from a hole in the sliding door. We were getting bit up from day one. The second night, we were spraying bug spray on our cloths before bed to prevent more mosquito bites through the night. Terrible sleep for three nights in “paradise”. Would not stay here again, absolutely overpriced.

While we regret that mosquitoes impacted your comfort, we want to clarify that our team responded promptly when you reported a small tear in the patio screen. We offered to send maintenance during your stay, but at your request, we delayed the repair until after your departure. Regarding the sofa bed, while these are not typically as comfortable as standard mattresses, we have not received prior complaints about this unit. That said, we appreciate your feedback and have passed it along to our property care team for review. Additionally, we provided both an early check-in and a late check-out at no additional cost—courtesies that you appeared to appreciate at the time.
